Stopped by Vape City around 11:45pm on Wednesday, 10/12/2022, because my vape shop had already closed. To my surprise this shop was well stocked for just about everything. Unfortunately, they did not have the vape I was looking for. However, the employee (Ben) was more than eager to help. Ben was able to recommend different vapes. He went above and beyond what would have been expected. Ben was so helpful that I not only buy a vape, I bought two vapes!!! For someone going in and looking for 1 thing and end up buying 2 different things demonstrates Ben's excellent sales knowledge and expertise! I will definitely be back! I went into Vape City with many questions, little patience and even less knowledge about the intricacies of different vaping technologies and the subjective experience of their use. Clarissa took the time to explain in detail all of the most pertinent facts and user opinions to the point where I felt confident in buying the setup of my choice without waffling one bit. She was upbeat, engaging and gave me her undivided attention despite working the graveyard shift. This area was great with customer service, I believe the worker in question was Fernando, and man, he was amazing. I'm kind of new to the smoke scene and vape scene and he really knew what he was talking about. He pushed me in the right direction and was very confident in what he was talking about. Overall very nice and very clean shop as well. I don't know who's running the business but whoever hired Fernando as their employee, did a great job. Vape City - Military is my one stop shop for great deals and amazing prices on all their Delta-8 products. Being on the night shift I find it hard to make time during the day to visit a smoke shop. However, Vape City being 24hrs a day ensures even the most night owls are able to purchase their accessories. I was heartbroken when I broke my piece, so I had to go out and buy a new one. I came to Vape City and Hyde was very helpful and friendly. He didn't mind showing us the pieces we wanted to look at. I used to like coming to this place but apparently they have change the rules of the rewards to where you can no longer use your $25 off discount towards kratom. Kratom is the only reason why I go to this place, so I will no longer be going to vape city. Smokerz Paradize still lets you use your rewards towards kratom. read more
