Before visiting I called, and he helped me over the phone, too -- local businesses like this are so important, especially now. Whoever spoke with me on the phone actually hung up on me and it was not until I called the third time The issue was resolved. But not really. I was sick so I decided to attempt a delivery order. Despite never getting the product to the point i had to drive with a fever to Happy Days ( I recommend, but they don't have delivery). Never got notified until after the driver attempted. BTW the driver was extremely nice and I felt bad he had to come back. The policy apparently is once a delivery is attempted, you are hostage to payment NO MATTER IF THERE IS AN ERROR on the stores system. The payment did not show processed btw. This is just WAY more trouble than it's worth. I truly hope Happy Days eventually delivers so that very nice driver could work for a better company.
