Here we go; Note: Im not a Doctor nor giving medical advice on items mentioned in this review. This a funny one for you yelpers. So I saw this place advertised on TV which I was totally surprised. However someone verbally told me about this place as well. One reason I inquired about a establish ment as such because of experiencing neurological issues after chemo sessions. Meds from the doctor has been having to many side effects. Let's not talking about the Anxiety and Stress I have been experiencing lately. So I decided to take a natural approach. Location is right on 110 Broadhollow Road. and Sherwood Ave. in Farmingdale. Great parking . As you walk through the door your license is scanned by security. After security scan your license you enter into the store and what a selection they have. Huge... My preference were the gummies. What hit first was the smell. Lol. Hubby was in heaven. The smell of cannabis was definitely a factor. The decor blended very well . But what was really surprising to me was the volume of people from all walks of life. No kidding ... Every 30 seconds there were multiple people walking through those doors. I have never ever seen so much volume in any store , restaurant, etc like I witnessed today in this store. Our representative name was Trevor. Amazing guy. He walked us through a lot . He was very informative and friendly. The variety of flavors and items were a bit overwhelming but Trevor was there to explain everything. Pricing was reasonable. The entire visit was about 45 minutes but was well worth it. Overall satisfaction was a 10 out of 10. Hubby has confirmed he will definitely be visiting again . Hilarious . Happy yelping.... read more

To save your sanity, do NOT order delivery from this company. The staff is generally nice IN THE STORE, but attempting to get an order processed and delivered is just too much. Whoever spoke with me on the phone actually hung up on me and it was not until I called the third time The issue was resolved. But not really. I was sick so I decided to attempt a delivery order. Despite never getting the product to the point i had to drive with a fever to Happy Days ( I recommend, but they don't have delivery). Never got notified until after the driver attempted. BTW the driver was extremely nice and I felt bad he had to come back. The policy apparently is once a delivery is attempted, you are hostage to payment NO MATTER IF THERE IS AN ERROR on the stores system. The payment did not show processed btw. This is just WAY more trouble than it's worth. I truly hope Happy Days eventually delivers so that very nice driver could work for a better company. read more

This business has really fallen from grace. My friend has been coming here years and entered his number every time he bought, yet we only recently discovered that the system somehow disconnected his number from the rewards system in the past and he's stopped receiving points since then. When we asked to fix it, all they did was set him up with a new account and refuse to add any of the retroactive points from the purchase we JUST MADE as well as previous purchases which we have receipts for. In addition, their online inventory does not reflect their actual inventory so be aware when ordering. I went with a friend to get their buy 1 get 1 free select act carts which listed 6 flavors online. However, once I arrived they only had 2 flavors listed as "in stock" on their computer. I ordered the two flavors and was then told at the desk that they were completely out of one of the TWO flavors they listed which voided the deal. To top it off, they made no effort to honor the deal they posted by just providing 2 carts of the same flavor. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service at this dispensary. I don't smoke anything but I have people in my life who do and when they mentioned a dispensary on Long Island I figured I would tag along as I have visited others in LA and Vegas. Strain Stars is one of the most organized places I have ever visited (only after the CFA drive-thru). The security guard at the door scans the back of your ID and helps form a line in the vestibule area prior to being allowed in the store. Once inside another guard splits you into two lines while a budtender comes around with a tablet and takes your order. If you need suggestions they've got that! Everything is added to your virtual cart as you shop since they now have your information on file from scanning your ID. When you get to the register to checkout you can add, remove, or modify your order in any which way. Super helpful and patient as you figure things out. They also offer online purchase with in-stock pickup and delivery! read more

Let me be clear though - there are far better alternatives in the area.The main reason I'm giving them an extra star is that they're at least consistently open and stocked, which counts for something when you're in a pinch. However, I strongly advise against buying their vape cartridges. My experience with their carts has been consistently problematic - they either don't work at all or have issues within days of purchase. Excellent! Great staff, they might be a little stoned but they are friendly. So great to have a selection of different types of weed to try. Very well run, always busy and always a line but they move quick. While you are in line an employee will come up to you with an iPad and take your order.
