This is by far my favorite vape shop on Long Island. Very laid back vibe so if you are new to vaping please don't feel threatened to go in! Super friendly and welcoming !!! Not reliable anymore. Yet again went by (hours say open till 9pm) and lights off, nobody there. No note on the door. No explanation. Just a store closed in the middle of business hours. Has happened a number of times. That's with me avoiding Sundays as even though their hours say open on Sunday there is never anyone there. Now going down the street where another story is open 7 days per week and always has someone there. The lack of customer service appears to be an ongoing problem. How are you gonna survive as a business when you show no respect to your customers and aren't there to service them? Employee was sick? Leave a note apologizing to your customers. I live very close to the shop so when it opened up I was so happy , a vape shop I could walk to . This is one of the better vape shops in Nassau in my opinion. They carry a nice variety of products at decent prices, plus I love supporting a local business that also supports other local businesses. Additionally they carry a lot of good, reputable CBD brands which I like a lot. The staff is always very friendly and helpful every time I go in there as well. EDIT: to the owner clapping back to my criticism, you sound like a child. Your employees mope around half a awake and use cheap tricks to get potential customers to buy overpriced juice. GO TO VAPOR IN EAST MEADOW. walked in with my boyfriend around 8pm to buy nicotine salt juice, the one employee there (blonde female) was passed out asleep on the couch!! she gets up immediately, her eyes are bloodshot... wonder why... anyway, we ask about the nic salt juice and she hands us a couple. my boyfriend goes to open one to smell it, then after he opens it she says "wait don't open that..." what??? every smoke shop I've been to ever, they hand you an open juice so you can smell what the hell you're about to buy! i don't know if that's what they usually do, or not, but it's either a) a cheap ploy to guilt people into buying something they accidentally opened or b) this girl was stupid stoned. I then asked the price of a particular brand of juul-compatible four pod pack, she tells me they're 2 for $30, I check online and they're normally $8.99 for a four pack. maybe they're charging higher than normal prices considering the ban is coming in the next couple of weeks, but I could get 3 four packs of these pods online for less than 2 at Vaporville. I know brick and mortar shops have to charge a bit more, but I've been to plenty of shops as I said and this location's pods were waaaayy overpriced. the 2 30ml bottles of nic salt juice were $15 each which wasn't as bogus, so... i guess that's a pro? small selection of juices, store is cutely decorated but it's super cramped, over-inflated prices, and of cpursstoned & sleeping employees. you decide. read more

I tried to do a simple return of a product I had purchased less than three days ago at the time only to be told to come back when they reach out to me. They never did and, in fact, this charade continued and I was denied being able to return this unused, overheating product four times, twice in person and twice over the phone. I would recommend a larger vape shop in LI (there are many) if you want to buy any name brands, expect any sense of reliability from the product or want even a shred of decent customer service. As a long time CBD user it is a treat to do business with a store that is actually knowledgeable and cares enough to carry products that actually work and have accurate labeling. Vaporville is the place to shop if you want to learn the truth about vaping risks and benefits as well as a wealth of information for CBD users at any level of experience. I have learned so much from them although I'm already pretty knowledgeable. I'm not interested in buying cheap, low quality products that may contain harmful ingredients. So many shops in this area are CLUELESS, they don't know about QR code's or what an accredited lab report looks like. Honestly, they don't care! They all sell the same lines of products that have fancy packaging but are totally mislabeled. CBD is not a fad for me, it's my medicine, part of my wellness. I love spending my money with businesses that care enough to help consumers make good choices. I have not found vaporville's prices to be higher than competitors, but I'm always willing to pay more for high quality and high service. Matt and the rest of the vaporville crew are experts at customer service, for the record I teach customer service for a living so I'm a very critical customer. Also want to add I live in eastern Suffolk county so I've tried CBD stores all over Long Island, for me the trip to vaporville is worth it every time, it will be for you too! read more

Went in here a couple weeks ago. Guy working the counter had no idea what he was talking about. He Hadn't tried most of the juices and never even heard of looper eliquid. Not a good mech /regulated mod section. Only positive is they have some juices i've never seen before. Prices a little higher than some stores.
