I've now shopped here twice. The first time I bought two items that should've weighed 2 grams each. I thought about getting a 7 gram item that was marked at $39.99. I asked the individual working why it was marked rather low, and all he said was that stock was low and he'd have more later on. I thought that price was far too low for that quantity and was unsure who was getting the bad end of the deal here, so I went for the two, two gram items. I thought that the weight might be a little off after consuming the first item, so I weighed the second item. When weighing it, it hit the scale at 2 grams, but it would settle back at 1. (My scale doesn't provide any decimals, sorry I can't be more exact.) I decided to try another item. This item from packaging stated it was 7 grams and I was informed by staff that it was 7 grams. It was also only $50, which I still felt like was a very low price for that quantity, but by I went ahead and tried it. I purchased this, got home and weighed it, and it was 4 grams. There's no way to weigh the items in store beforehand, unfortunately. I called and spoke with someone who said his owner would have to call me back. I'm waiting on a call back from the business to see what, if anything, can be done. I let them know when speaking to them afterwards that if nothing could be done, while I understand that's a possibility, I absolutely will never return to this place. I do believe that's is possible some items are intentionally marked incorrectly due simply to how I was able to open the package. I can go to any other similar retailer and have zero issue with weight. This is simply bad business. read more

Ok. This is probably the best vape shop in bham. If you interacted with Emily then you got the best you're gonna get. I had a bad coil, that I didn't buy at this shop, but I'm a regular customer and they fixed me right up. I have been going to the Greystone store for about 3 years now and it is the only vape shop i have ever used. Yesterday I bought 2 coils for my vape. Went home and the vape would not come on ...it was toast. I went to the store to buy another vape but did not want the same kind because it only lasted about 6 months. I picked out a new one and asked to credit me the 2 UNOPENED coils I had purchased the day before towards my new vape, that used different coils. The store had done this for me several times in the past without hesitation. The green haired lady covered with tattoos refused and said it was against policy. I Told her to look up my number and I was a long time customer , used them all the time and they had always done this for me. She continued to refuse on the grounds it was against store policy. I went to southern vape in Chelsea and bought a new vape . They were supper nice said they will take back recently purchased unopened coils and are now my new store. I tried to call vape escape bham hq but all I got was different store locations. Not sure what happened to them because they use to have knowledgeable friendly customer oriented people. What I got was an unfriendly , blank stare and quote of company policy. On vape escape website it says they take unopened hardware returns . Who knows maybe it was just the carnival worker I got that day but I want be back. read more
