I have owned a business, and worked for major retailers for thirty years, mostly in management,the customer isn't ALWAYS right. but this time I was. right is right and wrong is wrong i knew I was in the right when I walked thru the door, or I wouldn't have bothered going in the first place. 29$ won't make or break me, I can assure you. but I will be going back to speak to someone else that can at the very make a management decision. if you're gonna leave your store unattended, and you have left a kid there to run it, at the very least, have one with some freaking COMMON SENSE. ONE last comment he made was this...how do we know you maybe didn't leave it in your car and the battery got too hot and went bad? Looked at him and said, "How would I smoke it if I left it in the car"? He just had a deer in headlights look and rambled on and on. Tells me to come back when store owner is there, said I will, when does he work, kid says if you see a black HUMMER outside, then you'll know he's here. Absolutely Ridiculous over a $29 item. Probably how he can afford it, cause he doesn't give refunds or exchanges. That's what I expect when dealing with someone who's from another country and doesn't have any respect for others and their hard earned money. I'm not racial so don't go hatin on me, owner has probably told this kid, just tell em to come back when I'm here. Thinking they will forget about it or don't want to hassle with it, guess what........,..I'll be his problem customer of the year!!!! Who knows, I may even get a reward. I've now shopped here twice. The first time I bought two items that should've weighed 2 grams each…read more I thought about getting a 7 gram item that was marked at $39.99. I asked the individual working why it was marked rather low, and all he said was that stock was low and he'd have more later on. I thought that price was far too low for that quantity and was unsure who was getting the bad end of the deal here, so I went for the two, two gram items. I thought that the weight might be a little off after consuming the first item, so I weighed the second item. When weighing it, it hit the scale at 2 grams, but it would settle back at 1. (My scale doesn't provide any decimals, sorry I can't be more exact.) I decided to try another item. This item from packaging stated it was 7 grams and I was informed by staff that it was 7 grams. It was also only $50, which I still felt like was a very low price for that quantity, but by I went ahead and tried it. I purchased this, got home and weighed it, and it was 4 grams. There's no way to weigh the items in store beforehand, unfortunately. I called and spoke with someone who said his owner would have to call me back. I'm waiting on a call back from the business to see what, if anything, can be done. I let them know when speaking to them afterwards that if nothing could be done, while I understand that's a possibility, I absolutely will never return to this place. I do believe that's is possible some items are intentionally marked incorrectly due simply to how I was able to open the package. I can go to any other similar retailer and have zero issue with weight. This is simply bad business.
