Vape Space is a definite plus in my arsenal of vape shops. I have 3 favorite places to go and vape space is one of them. The hours are perfect and they are located right off 197 in the crystal plaza mall which is super easy to reach. The owners are amazing. Both of them are so nice and welcoming. They really get to know there customers so they can help them better. The flavor selection of the juices they carry is off the hook & they are all premium juices. The prices are pretty good for everything in the store. They have a nice trick room for practicing and recording your tricks. The shop itself is set up really nice and has a lot of space. My first impression was very pleasant. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The decor is very vintage and very at home feeling. The staff was very friendly and I ended up having a wonderful conversation. I stayed longer than I expected. This is the first vape shop I walked into and I am not familiar with the whole vape. Theresa took the time to explain to me the whole concept and all the questions I had. She is someone I could have a conversation about for hours. I visited the vape space about a week ago when they first opened. So impressive! The decor has a industrial look, nicely designed. They have a wide range of products including juices galore. The customer service was impeccable and personable. The staff were super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I like that they have super flexible hours for when I get off work. The coolest thing about this place is the private chamber room located in the back of the business, to do cool tricks. Awesome touch! So I was not in the greatest mood before walking into this shop. When I walked in, I was greeted so nicely. I explained and vented (which I probably shouldnt have done) to the girl. She was very patient and waited for my rant to end. Once she asked me some questions about my device, she was able to look and figured out how to help me. She explained to me why it would happen and how it can be fixed this time. She stepped me through the whole troubleshoot and never got mad when I didn't understand something. Awesome shop and really friendly people willing to help out all levels of vapers. First time in I ended up spending 4 hours just hanging out with the staff. In response to being overpriced, MSRP on the device mentioned is over $80, and everything is priced very competitively to the other shops in the area. Yes, you can always find it cheaper online but you don't get the service to help set up, maintain, and suggest new product without having to wait for shipping. Really great shop overall. My box crapped out on me on my drive down. The girl that works there was very helpful and super friendly. She was able to fix my box with some trouble shoot and some research. Juice selection, they had a little bit for everyone. Price range is very competitive and close to online. Vape Space is a great store that I just discovered in Laurel, Md. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell the minute you walk in the door and Teresa greats you with her amazing smile. The girl that works there has one of the best customer service out there. I have been vaping for almost 6 years and she was very caring and listened to what I had to say.
