Not all employees are particularly knowledgeable about the products and will put 10mg gummies in the bag when you ask for 40 or 50mg, still charge you for 40-50mg. Then when you get home and realize you have the wrong stuff they won't take it back, even tho untouched and not your mistake.... Otherwise It's a decent place to go for gummies as long as you're paying very close attention to what they're doing. The manager here at this location is very rude and disrespectful, a lot of the times the staff do not want to physically help the customers nor do they have the proper knowledge of the products. Every time I go there, it seems as though no one knows what's inside of these flowers or the percentage or the ingredients that make up the product. The manager does not properly train her staff and it seems as though everyone is the manager-- they walk around and do their own thing and miscommunication? The manager has actually banned me from returning because I informed her of this information and I brought to her attention that her staff has been misinforming me as far as my order is concerned, long story short, she was embarrassed by her incompetence and lack of listening to the customer. Now, I am unable to return until she is ready to talk, which is very unprofessional and very controlling-- I wonder if any other customers have experienced her rude and unpleasant presence. Unfortunately, we live in a time where people use and abuse their position to speak to others in a way of class ranking. I am extremely disappointed in this dispensary for being consistent in low stock and lack of product training, I will be reaching out to the CEO of this facility, and some changes will be made for the betterment of the customers. read more

I've had a great experience every time I go into this location. It might be busy, but the line keeps moving fast. Nice clean location, great discounts on their products daily and they open early and close late. I changed from going to different locations to making this one my one and only location I visit. I came into the dispensary with intentions on buying flower and concentrate. I made my order on the kiosk which came over $88 dollars, The bud tender "Greg" welcomed me to the front. I noticed the wheel was available if you made a purchase over $50 dollars,. Mine being well over that amount. I ask to spin the wheel,. The first thing he said was "YOUR ITEMS ARE ALREADY ON SALE AND WE CANT STACK DISCOUNTS!!! So I politely asked what is the purpose of the wheel? Can I use the discount on a later date? He said NO!!! Mindu I've already paid for my order so the money wasn't an issue,. But the customer service most definitely was! That's when I asked the manager "Carter" for his name and the bud tender name. Which he only gave me his,. And I replied " and your tender name" he said just use mine. I made a full refund and left. Mind you I'm visiting and this is the only CLOSE dispensary, but I'll just continue going to stories and the surrounding dispensary where the customer service isn't lacking like the product. read more

So, I normally don't do a review like this... I was hired in October and we are going on over 2 months since everything was submitted to the MCA - lo and behold no badge no nothing and I've gotten a badge before for another dispo - if I'm a dispo owner I'm going to make it my mission to find out where that 400.00 went - I've contacted the MCA compliance and badging and was told that there is NO record of an application with my name and all they want is the proof of payment by Waave which is like pulling teeth to get them to do, but Waave obviously doesn't care about getting me in there (I was beyond pumped to get into the cannabis industry again and start working for this company!) and they clearly don't want me that bad (they would have contacted the MCA when I told them about this and showed the email) and I've even reached out several times to the person that hired me so yeah I'm pretty upset over this right now as no one wants to do anything about this... I was left high and dry and out a job over the holiday season and beyond as I planned to be here a long time, so yeah, totally appreciate it... and a manager was supposed to get ahold of me on Tuesday and I've heard nothing... I even reached out to the person that hired me and no response... I will now be filing a formal complaint with the MCA and Attorney Generals Office about this dispo... my father who works for Homeland Security will be contacting Waave as well... he may just do an internal investigation to be honest to find out what this dispo is really doing... A one-star rating of the Waave Dispensary in Greenbelt is based upon a terrible customer service experience at this location on 1/14/2025, mid-afternoon. After a short wait in line I advanced to the counter where I stood before the cashier for several minutes, with no greeting or acknowledgement. Eventually, after ignoring me for several minutes, I had to explain I was there to pick up and pay for my order. There was no discussion about my order, or the products, just a demand for my name and ID. There was a price quoted and as I put my money [ over $ 300 cash] on the counter, the " cashier" removed each $100 bill during the process of placing and counting out my cash payment - before I was done. I complained about this improper handling of my cash and the "cashier" told me he didn't like my "attitude", and I needed to go somewhere else for my cannabis. I asked for a manager, and the manager did process my order but he also went to bat for the employee who had been rude to me and said we would "see" about the employee refusing to complete the sale. Meaning it was poor management that allows the staff of this dispensary to ignore paying customers in line, failing to greet or communicate, and then to mishandle their cash in a way that is irregular and improper. The poor management further exacerbates a customer service issue by taking a neutral stand on a retaliatory refusal to serve a paying customer by the first employee. Before I left, I told the manager there were other cannabis dispensaries in the area, and Waave is certainly not the most affordable. Also, now, be advised they add terrible customer service to high prices in earning a one-star rating, and a manager that puts his employees ahead of serving his paying customeres. read more
