I did so and it wasn't given to me, claiming a system error. Why my drivers license clearly showing my birthdate wouldn't supersede any system error. Keeping a very frequent customer who's spent hundreds of dollars happy and honor a promise is beyond me. I only go there because I'm familiar with Tasha "the owner" and to support local business. Their are better shops, with better selections, at better prices, and I will not be going back.

Each and every experience I've had with them has been a delight. Their hemp products are always of super-high quality. What's made my experience with Elevated so amazing, has been their customer service. I've communicated with them several times via email and they are absolutely top-notch. Some real stand-up guys. My wife and I love Elevated so much that they have become our sole provider of hemp and hemp-related items. Prices and quality are incredible and the selection is wide and ever-changing. The level of professionalism that they operate with is un-matched in this industry. There are tooonnnssss of smoke shops in TX and as we all know, many of which are sketchy and staffed with some, let's say "interesting" characters. Not the case with Elevated. Best part is...and I kid you not, I was the last customer there the night I was in town before she closed the door, and I asked the young girl if there was anything else she could bonus me on top of all I was buying. Well, she comes over around the counter, and lifts her sweater top...and was bra-less (and were quite impressive) shook from side to side for about 4-5 seconds, and laughed. She then calmly pulled her top back down over "my two bonuses" and gave me a quick kiss on the lips and then went back behind the counter and proceeded to ring me up with a wry grin.
