Last night, an employee informed me that I was no longer allowed to come to this location. This decision appears to stem from a personal issue unrelated to the business. The employee has shown ongoing hostility toward me because she once dated a family member who now lives in my home. I have never been rude, disruptive, or disrespectful during any visit, yet her behavior has escalated to the point of banning me from the store. I was told the new manager, Brandon, approved this. It is troubling that an employee is permitted to use her position to act on personal grudges rather than professionalism. As a loyal customer, I expected better.
