Called the store and the lady had no clue what I was talking about. I asked her to help me finding a pipe with a bigger carb hole on the left side so it wouldn't get clogged, over the phone. She proceeds to pick the cheapest pipe (thinnest glass) with the smallest carb hole. A week later the pipe is clogged with resin and I can't even scrape it out cuz the hole is so small. Damn I really liked this store, it was my go to smoke shop, but one person had to ruin the experience.
