Not happy with my purchase. Been coming to you guys for almost a decade now. I went in to get a pipe and on your website says boomer get a discount. Called the store and the lady had no clue what I was talking about. I asked her to help me finding a pipe with a bigger carb hole on the left side so it wouldn't get clogged, over the phone. She proceeds to pick the cheapest pipe (thinnest glass) with the smallest carb hole. A week later the pipe is clogged with resin and I can't even scrape it out cuz the hole is so small. Damn I really liked this store, it was my go to smoke shop, but one person had to ruin the experience. read more

Gio was polite and had them ready for me the second I came in the door and brought them to the vape side where I continued my purchase with Kwally (forgive my spelling) and he helped cut through my indecision with a really yummy geek bar. Open 24/7 and will even deliver to you at any time. The delivery person was very kind, highly recommend. Only downside is the delivery charges are pretty expensive. If you can drive or get an uber I'd definitely go in to the shop instead and save the delivery charge. I live 12 or so miles from the shop so it cost me $41 in delivery fees. read more

Strawberry Lemon ice doesn't taste like anything other than a Ricola cough drop. Obviously, that's not his fault, but when I went back later that day to get a different vape pen, he assured me he would make it right, and gave me a discount on the next one.
