Only had a small issue one time in the 6+years that I've been a customer and it was promptly addressed and resolved by the owner. And this is the only store (atleast that I know of) that has growing options for 2% and 0% disposables. I really appreciate the business owner for that because the 5s can be a bit too strong at times for me. Not happy with my purchase. Been coming to you guys for almost a decade now. I went in to get a pipe and on your website says boomer get a discount. Called the store and the lady had no clue what I was talking about. I asked her to help me finding a pipe with a bigger carb hole on the left side so it wouldn't get clogged, over the phone. She proceeds to pick the cheapest pipe (thinnest glass) with the smallest carb hole. A week later the pipe is clogged with resin and I can't even scrape it out cuz the hole is so small. Damn I really liked this store, it was my go to smoke shop, but one person had to ruin the experience. read more

I live in Los Angeles now but when I come to town, I only come here for my smoke needs. When I came over the holidays, I called ahead, asking for some specific smokes that I can't get in cali. Gio was polite and had them ready for me the second I came in the door and brought them to the vape side where I continued my purchase with Kwally (forgive my spelling) and he helped cut through my indecision with a really yummy geek bar. I was back in town again this week and rolled through again to grab a couple of packs and a new geek bar. Gio was there and helped me pick out my new favorite flavor of geek bar! Sour mango pineapple! Awesome. Robbie was at the smokes side and he was quick and friendly with helping me grab my selection. All in all. Every. Single. Time, everyone here treats me amazingly. As someone in business management, on my time off, I'm usually in cozy clothes and a messy bun. No one has ever looked at me sideways, the service is the same, whether I'm in going out clothes, or cozy clothes and I think that's just great. Open 24/7 and will even deliver to you at any time. The delivery person was very kind, highly recommend. Only downside is the delivery charges are pretty expensive. If you can drive or get an uber I'd definitely go in to the shop instead and save the delivery charge. I live 12 or so miles from the shop so it cost me $41 in delivery fees. read more

This review is for Drayven! I'm not sure if that's how you spell his name. I went one morning and they were out of my favorite flavor of elf bar. The different flavor I got was AWFUL. Strawberry Lemon ice doesn't taste like anything other than a Ricola cough drop. Obviously, that's not his fault, but when I went back later that day to get a different vape pen, he assured me he would make it right, and gave me a discount on the next one.
