Found this place while running errands, and my friend needed a new vape. The store was clean and we were greeted as soon as we came into the store. One thing I loved off the bat was the two dogs that were running around. I'm a sucker for animals any day over people, the guys behind the counter had no problem helping us find a new vape and even convinced someone like who doesn't vape to try one. One thing i found out is that if you check in on yelp you get 10% off your purchase, which is really cool. But when it was time to check out at the register he told me it was expired, but he still gave me the 10% off. Which is always a good thing to do when it comes to customer service. The left is a real one and the right is the one this shop sold me. Look at the color difference!! Flavor is all off and two puffs in my throat is getting burned. I brought a friend who wanted to vape without nicotine to help quit smoking and I felt Vape City was the perfect place to go and Matt was there; he was just the right person with the right amount of patience to make my friend comfortable about this transition. I needed to buy a new Vape. I bought my very first vape here and had no problem. My second Vape was suppose to be a upgrade. New coils, new tank, new everything. Every time I use it I can't taste anything. I bought new juices and still no taste. I changed the coil after only 2 days still no taste. The settings are set correctly, nothing I do helps. Hours of operation according to the sign on the door clearly state open until 10:00pm today, yet here I am looking through the locked glass door as the employee motions his hands in front of his neck signifying that they're closed. Really? Is 9:57 the new 10:00? Don't post hours of operations if your not going to follow them. I hauled ass over to this location in order to get to their shop before 10pm and stock up on ecig juice as I'm completely out. The employee's dumbfounded look on his face was all the more insulting, looking at me...a potential lifetime customer, with this blank look on his face as to why anyone would be coming to their store. I recently moved to this side of town and needed a new vape shop for incidental items :) Stopped in to get some e liquid in between on line orders. I got 3 different flavors. I wound up liking one of them. It came in a square glass bottle it was a berry flavor... It was okay I Can't remember the brand name. The other two flavors I ordered off their sign on the wall. I am assuming their main liquid line... One was a tart cranberry the other one was spearmint and apple. I Can't even remember the names of them anyway I went thru 5/6 coils every time I put these liquids in my kanger pro tank. After countless vain attempts to vape these two and after realizing it's not a coincidence my coil would go out I tossed them in the trash. I really wanted to like them but, I didn't. I almost purchased a bottle of four season summer there and I'm glad I didn't because I got 2 bottles for the price they have for 1 bottle at a vape shop On my way to work. It gets better... my ego twist broke so, I stopped by and I picked up a SMOK brand ego battery for $50 ( lol, usually they are around $34 for better brands) it broke 5 days later. I was on bed rest for 4 days prior to this so, it didn't get much action. I sent my son to the store to replace it. They told me it had a 2 week warranty ( usually it's a month) what they failed to mention is that they would replace it with a used one. R u kidding me? Seriously, my son brought back the ego battery no box, no plastic ... Used? Really? Guess what? That one broke 2 weeks later. I have had vision, joytech and even generic batteries that have lasted longer. I've taken my business to another store in this area for when I need things ASAP and I don't have time to order. read more

How is this Vape shop not 5 stars?! Went in for the first time and got two 100ml and two 60ml plus a new mod for a ridiculously low price! I've read most of the reviews for this shop and they say the customer service is horrendous but today when I went in it was outstanding! I cannot recall the fellows name but he helped out right away with explaining different mods and the pros and cons of them. Then he was super eager to help find the right juices for us. He even went out of his way to make our juices 6mg. I'm still in shock writing this. Doubt I can go back to my old vape shop I've been using for years. The staff and owner are always willing to help accommodate their clientele. I have been to many places and often felt like I was inconveniencing their employees with my business. My husband found this place by chance and went in to get more info as he hadn't started vaping. He was smoking about 2 pack of cigarettes a day and decided that after 25 years of that, he needed to start cutting back. Oscar was extremely helpful and gave him a ton of information about the different items that they had. A couple of days later we both went back to get him a starter kit. Oscar recommended a few of the less expensive items so my husband could see if he would even like it. My husband ended up getting an iPV and a Nautilus Aspire tank, claiming that he wouldn't be wasting the money. Oscar walked him through the set-up and set him up with a nicotine level that was comparable to his cigarettes. Within 4 days, he stopped smoking all together. A few days later, I went back because I kept taking my husband's but the nicotine was too much for me (I don't use any). Alex set me up with a Nautilus Aspire Mini and an itaste vv. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He put everything together for me, showed me how it worked and had me try about 20 different juices (out of about 120 different flavors) until I found two that I loved. Two days after I got it, one of the two coils burnt. I went back and John (a guy that I had never met before) replaced the coil free of charge and hooked me up. When I thought that I had broken the itaste (about a week later), I went back and John informed me that there was a safety feature on it to prevent it from shorting out. I just needed to clean it. Again, John took care of me and got me vaping again. Frequently when we go to get more juices or accessories, Jordan is working. She is always smiling and outgoing. The other day when we went in, Jordan said that they had just gotten some new juices in and asked if we wanted to try them. They were totally AWESOME!!! Had to get the Ruthless (brand) Mandingo (flavor); it tastes just like fresh banana bread! We went back today and Jordan helped me find a new drip tip that would fit my Nautilus. As other customers came in, she told them that she would be right with them and I informed her that I literally had all day and I could wait. Jordan kept checking on me in case I wanted to see anything or if I had any questions. When all was said and done, I got my new tip and am considering a new mod that she was showing me. At the price they have it for, I'd be a fool not to get it there. I would definitely recommend this place to other people and my husband and I refuse to go anywhere else. There's something to be said for great customer service and being treated like you're a friend as opposed to just another needy customer. read more
