I contacted yihi (the manufacturer) and explained the problem and they gave me a return code for the vendor (ecig and vapor lounge). Brought the code and my receipt to this store and was immediately presented with a brand new replacement SX Mini by the manager who took care of the warranty for me with no effort from my end. Excellent customer service. This is the ecig store in which I've had by far the best customer experience, and I've visited about 5 or 6.
