Not on Twitter. Not on Instagram. Not on freaking Reddit. Nothing exists because it's a fake. "Ape Bar" isn't a brand. Elf Bar, which this is a direct replica of, is a brand. The more I examine the box, the more I realized it didn't have the right info - no security code, said nicotine instead of nic salt, etc. I took it back and explained the situation. I was allowed to swap it for something else, but the dude was adamant that Elf Bar had rebranded as Ape Bar. Nah. Anyway, stay safe. It's not worth the risk. Just buy from somewhere else.

I brought a vape I purchased from this store back to buy additional pods. The employee assisting me…read moretold me the pods he sold me were correct, but they were not. I paid $27 for the wrong pods. When I returned, they refused to refund me and only offered store credit. I was told they would order the correct pods and I could pick them up within a week. Because my pods were already burnt out, I ended up finding the correct ones somewhere else. When I went back to use my store credit on vape juice, they tried to make me purchase two bottles and pay additional money for the difference. I chose to take one bottle and told them to keep the remaining balance since they had already refused to refund me in the first place. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. The owner appears more concerned with keeping money than with customer satisfaction -- to the point of refusing to refund even a $10 difference. Also, requiring cash-only payments for vape purchases is surprising for a business that identifies itself as a vape store. If you're okay with being upsold and denied refunds for employee mistakes, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
