If you see a blue zl1 camaro parked in front of the shop or a newer Toyota/ Honda with a sticker that says "precious cargo" on the windshield AVOID AT ALL costs. I've been to this place at least 20 times and it's usually the other employee working by himself, he's very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to and enjoys conversation. He even gave me recommendations on which flavors to get (I didnt want ice / menthol flavor) Now on the other hand, the Hispanic worker and the female worker were there today, I bought a vape took ONE hit and it wouldn't turn off. This destroyed the coil almost instantly, since I opened it in front of their shop they exchanged it but said we would have to wait THIRTY minutes to get the same flavor. Because she was to lazy to walk 20 feet to get a replacement of the same flavor. We said we wanted the original flavor we came for and started to walk away, but as soon she saw us leaving she rushed 20 feet (not exaggerating distance) to the other store to get the flavor we wanted, great right? NOPE!!!!! - not only was she extremely rude she was also lazy and lied straight to my fiancée and my face. No, I opened the package in front of the store and the coil burnt out on the first hit AGAIN. I walk 5 feet back to the store and tell them it did the same thing, the lady rudely remarks "I JUST SAW YOU TAKE A MASSIVE HIT AND THERES STILL SMOKE COMING OUT!" (The smoke coming out was nearly nothing considering the coil was failing and then completely failed about 3 seconds later) The male clerk thought the batteries were dead, obviously not considering I just took one single massive hit as if it had a full battery, he insisted I try hitting the vape while it's on the charger. (Obviously didnt work) He then gave me my money back, no comment, nothing, like he was happy to lose business, no apologies AT ANY TIME FROM EITHER EMPLOYEES. No assistance finding a replacement, literally no help whatsoever. A cop arresting you is more helpful than these two. We also arrived early and we were looking around near the register, he walks in 15 seconds behind us and his first remark was "you'll get a email when it's ready" then looks at us and says "oh you're paying cash, you'll get a call" he then immediately hands our order to us because we were paying before the order got there from 20 feet away. He also tried blaming the vapes for being "old" even though this is a new product at their store. And they run out of inventory nearly every day and receive new products also almost daily. If you're going to own and operate a store, at least have some product knowledge on your own inventory. If this wasn't such a niche market they would have gone out of business their first fiscal quarter. You two should quit while you're ahead and let the other guy run the store, at least he has social skills, problem solving skills, knowledgeable about the flavors. The very least you could have done was offer a discount on the third vape I got from a different company at your story. Or at the VERY minimum an apology instead of blaming the manufacturer. I buy 2 vapes every 2-3 days, you do the math on the money you just lost, I'm sure it's in the thousands since I'll be shopping online and telling everyone I know to not go to your sham of a "business" For the record, the two vapes that failed are made by "LOST VAPE ORION BAR" old vape rofl.... lithium batteries last well over 10 years, at least come up with a better excuse if you're going to lie to your customer base. read more

Dude at the counter is usually kind of a weirdo, told him I was going to grab a receipt that was clearly mine and he said it wasn't despite the order and amount charged being identical. Also this place upcharges aboout $5-$15 on every item. stick to buying online if you can, also they don't ID.. yikes read more

Went into Vapor Forrest looking for puff bars, but the owner, Paul, let us know they went out of business back in September 2020. He said that if we find puff bars, which I recently have and purchased, at other shops then they are either counterfeit or old. We went with hyppe instead, which Paul carries a great selection of. I've come to this vape shop a few times before and had a descent experience. I would have given them a better rating if I had a good experience every time I came in here, which I didn't. Half the time I feel like the person at the counter is trying to make me feel like I am stupid about Vape being. The only reason I got into Vaping is to quit smoking and I thought a Vape store can help me with that without making me feel like I'm an idiot. It feels like the company is trying to make a fraternity/ bar experience with their beer pong table and Pool Table while selling Vape supplies and juices but they're forgetting about the reason why they are in business. And its to sell Vape supplies and juices to people that vape. And not to make a fake bar slash frat house. So I went there today to get a house made Vape juice called crunch berries like the captain crunch cereal we ate as kids. And I didn't think to test it while I was there and when I got home I decided to change the Atomizer in my tank before I put the crunch berries juice in it, and as soon as I started to squeeze the bottle of crunch berries Vape juice it exploded. So now I have a bunch of Vape juice all over my shirt and kitchen that I have to clean up. I have never had this experience with any of the other Vape shops around me. I will not be coming to this Vape shop ever again because I feel like the staff does not not make sure they are selling quality products before they sell it. All the employee had to do was check to see if the bottle he sold me was defective or not. Love this shop. I used to go to beach vapes and I was so sad when it closed but it was actually awesome because I found Vapor Forest! They have the best top quality house juices. I don't trust Vape shops that don't make their own vape juice so yeah they're amazing. I love the weekly sales! I got my mod there and I love their points and rewards system.
