The store is in a great location- easy to get to, with lots of parking (handicapped access is right in front), and awesome hours every day of the week. The store is well lit, SUPER clean, well organized, with a wide variety of vapes, mods, coils, juices, single use vapes, salts, thanks, you name it. For those on a budget- prices are ALWAYS on the lower side of reasonable, and they have a sale case as well. Are you Military or First Responder? They PROUDLY give you your discount- just ask. If their prices, products, and location isn't enough to sway you- their customer service will be. Each and every time I have shopped here, I have been made to feel that I am an appreciated and valued customer. And when I say this is the "Cheers" of vape stores, that's because no matter how crummy of a day I have had- they know who I am, they remember what my likes and dislikes are, and they have offered a word of encouragement along with my purchase (I'm a single mom and disabled veteran), or just let me complain without making me feel like a weirdo. I've been a customer here for over 5 years. There is no establishment of any kind in all of Huntington Beach that I would more gladly spend my money in. Every employee here is a genuine good, friendly person. The owner, Eddie, is one of the greatest human beings I've ever met, and his family is amazing, I love them to death. Danni, Mark, Bryan, Damon, Johnny, Max, Baron, etc. all excellent employees in their own right, past and present. In these times of B.S. regulation, and flavor bans due to media twisting facts, I find it of the upmost importance to do my part in keeping Vapor HB a home for the healthier alternative to Tobacco. Sure, there are other local shops that are great in their own right, but nobody does it with the heart and soul that Vapor Hb does, and has for years and years. She opened several products and offered knowledgeable insight into everything. I was never rushed or pushed into anything. I ended up getting a great deal (10% off and free battery). Stopped by Vapor HB for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised that they had the spare glass that I needed for my tank. I also was able to pick up some of my favorite juice. Went in here to pick up a new drop pod and some juice on my delivery route while at work. just like I read in a previous review they asked for my age in the most condescending tone possible.. thought I had my Id on me but left it in my car. My co worker and I are both in twenty's.. so I asked him to go in there and grab it since he has his on him. My co worker went there and picked it up but the deadbeats who work there hassled him, messing with his id trying to peel things off? Then insisting that the id was fake. It was a valid New York ID.. my co worker said for them to accept the id or call the police. Finally they accepting the id, not sure who these people think they are treating people like this.But every vape I've been to has never been this big of a hassle.. would never recommend or come back. Absolutely terrible customer service V - in response to that that reply I've never had my Id scanned at any vape shop in San Diego and been to over 20+. FUCK YOU and your establishment. The only reason I've been coming here for a few months now is that they have cheap prices and a wide selection of products & juices (including phix) Every time I walk in they ask for my age in a condescending manner like I'm not 21 (even though I see the same 2 people on a weekly basis), and then ask for my ID. The 8mg honeydew that I always get here has gone from pink to clear (like the zero) and now seems less than effective and tastes like zero. Wondering if their juice supplier has changed. If so, it is not a good change. I may have to look for a new vape place :( Update- tried again, and it seems it was just one random bad batch. This nice worker ( I believe her name was Ashley) recommended me some easy rechargeable vapes (Draco brand) and they were so yummy!! I took two home with me.. Ashley was super awesome, sweet and had the nicest personality. I will definitely be coming back to get more from Ashley! P.s. the ONLY downfall I had was I tried another brand as well (Smod) it was a little off and it evaporated pretty quickly... I seriously want to give this place a 2 rating but I'll give it a 3 because of their pricing. I've been here twice and I still have a negative impression on their service. The first time, I came with my boyfriend to check out their flavors since the reviews said 3 for $20. I came today to get an Ego C Twist kit for myself. I feel like they hire robots at this place. The asian workers would just answer your questions with no emotions. I honestly wanted to leave because the Asian guy acted so annoyed. Come on, I'm new to this scene so some patience would be nice. Stop sighing so much and stop spacing out because you gave me the wrong flavor too. When I got home to fill my juice in, I found out the cartomizer was burnt out! What's up with that? I was going to come back just for their pricing on flavors but forget it. Terrible service and the incident with my pen ruined it. To the owner, you're nice but your employers are terrible. I work in customer service so I understand there are off days. But both times I've been here, your employees have been terrible. The only good thing is your pricing. So I've been coming here for about 2 months now, and I keep telling myself I'm going to write a damn review but I forget almost every single time, so here goes. This is my go to B&M vape shop! Everyone here is very nice and helpful. The people that I have met and talked to is Kory, the owner, Danny, and Katie. 10/10 times that I come in, they've been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about... well.. everything. Recently, Kory has stocked up on a LOT of great items and juice selections. Highly recommended place (even if you live 20-30 minutes away, its worth the drive) and I tell all my buddies about this joint. Just to list some of the things that they carry and I've picked up, I've gotten the Kanger ProTank (a beast of a bottom-feeder), NiteCore charger, tons of juices, Vivi Novas, and Efest batteries. He's also got some IGO-L's and AGA-T/T2 rebuildable atomizers too, those are my next items on the list to get and try. All in all, great place and great atmosphere. OVERVIEW: Pricing for hardware is decent. Pricing for vapor liquid is quite overpriced ($8 for 10mL) DETAILS: I have been to this vape shop 2 times, one time to look and another time to purchase a new tank. The employees REALLY want to sell you something and it is obvious. In short, the atmosphere is high pressure. It feels like I am wasting the employees time when I am browsing their inventory. I was helped by a lady with short hair who seemed to be knowledgeable but not patient at all. Seriously an unattractive thing about going into a vape shop where you end up paying more for something you could buy in the comfort of your own home and for cheaper online. There are 3 reasons why we keep coming back to Vapor Way: 1. Convenience - we always seem to be in that particular area for some reason. 2. E-juice prices - a bottle costs $5 and I believe they have some sort of Yelp deal that we never really take advantage of :| But the boyfriend loves their Coffee Milkshake flavor, so that in itself is enough to keep us coming back for more. 3. Walking in they had a great vibe, employees were very attentive! 4 stars because of the staff, DANNY the Asian chica was really cool, down to earth and honest. they had a good amount of equipment but nothing that sets them different than other shops in the area.. Still good variety though! JUICE. The only reason why I had to subtract one star. They had a HUGE variety of juices. I mean huge, I couldn't try everything. Note that they only carry THEIR brand of juice. There were a few that I really liked, and a few that I didn't really care for. But everyone has their own taste in juice right? I went home with their blueberry pomegranate. Loved it. Might I suggest carrying other lines too? It's a great investment and great for customers looking for their favorite ones as well. I have been been to many vape shops over the years and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or issues that you may have. Every time I walk in, I can expect a friendly greeting from whomever is working. Whenever I have had an issue with a defective coil, a battery, or a tank, they have given impeccable service with trying to troubleshoot and fix the issue or even offer a replacement if the problem persists. I was originally hesitant about the lack of brands that they carry, as they only stock their own personal brand, but their selection is massive and I have found that all of the flavors that I have tried are quite good. One flavor, "HB Special", has become my go-to flavor that I vape rather exclusively. Vapor Way is not the cheapest place I have been, nor are they the most expensive. However, I continue to give them my business due to the quality of their merchandise and the helpfulness of the staff. read more

Easily my top 3 shop in southern California. Dani is amazing. Their prices are incredibly fair, and their juice is great. I spent the last 2 years looking for good chocolate. Now I buy their thin mint and chocolate truffle and mix it up for my own preference/blend of mint chocolate. You can't beat the service, or the selection and pricing! They do their own juice, which made me think it would not be very good from every other experience I've had with vape shops who do their own. This is the exception to my experience. For the negative reviews being about stupid stuff like being carded..be glad youre being carded because when youre older you will wish they carded you. So, I bought a vape because my new car is absolutely no smoking. Even with vaping in the car I require the windows to be rolled down. I purchased it on Saturday evening, and since then I have only smoked one pack of cigarettes. I normally smoke one pack a day so this is a pretty big reduction for me.
