They helped me find what I needed to meet my needs, and answered all of my questions. Karen was basically the one waiting on me, and she was very informative on the pros and cons of the items I asked about. She didn't try to push me to a bigger sale. Her only concern was fitting me with the item that would best fit my needs and that I would be comfortable buying, without steering me towards something more expensive that I really didn't want to spend the money on. For that she instantly earned my respect. I had visited another shop earlier, and though they briefly showed me their cheaper item, they kept trying to steer me towards something that was DOUBLE in price, even after I gave them an amount I was willing to spend at that time. When I would go back to the other item, they would keep giving me reasons to buy the more expensive item. I left there with no intention of returning. They lost the sale, and a potential long term customer. To wrap it up, ATL Vaping puts their customers' needs above the big sale. They are very knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions you have. They have apparently realized that's what brings us back. Tonight, on 06/05/2026, at approximately 8pm, i went in to buy a disposable vape. The lady behind the desk told me i have to have a badge for my discount to be applied. Perfectly fine. I handed my badge over and she denied it because it didn't have a date on it. No fire department badge has a date on it. She says the manager is strict on these things because "people are abusing the privilege" and was very rude during the interaction. The privilege of being a first responder? The privilege of using a discount service they offer? It's incredibly unfortunate because i have always loved this store, but i wont be going back. Like i said, the problem was not that i couldn't use the discount, the problem was how she approached the whole situation and then was incredibly rude.
