Still my go to shop for all my medicinal needs.. I love them and they always take care of me! I'm literally in this B for what feels like every other week - because.. u know.. MENTAL HEALTH! We went to exhale city to get my wife a new vape the guy i guess managing to ight in Douglasville on hwy5 was rude cussing locking doors and rushing us. We have been coming to this exhale because normally we get great service but this guy is always rude. I didn't wanna leave a bad review but he is definitely cost them business. Mar 21, 9:45pm he was wearing a light blue hoodie and a puffy white jacket over it a fanny pack and green glasses. It was by far one of our top 5 worst experiences with shops. If I could give a lower rate I would. Tonight as I decided to take an impromptu trip to get items for my hookah, I was shocked to see this location open until midnight. It was my first time going to this company and I went to open the door and the door was locked. This was at 11pm. I looked inside the store and it was very cloudy, but all the lights were on. I stood outside for a few minutes until a group of girls came up wondering if the store was open as well. They looked inside the store and knocked on the window Incase someone was in the back of the store and was not aware there were 4 people outside. After another five minutes, a tall young black male came from the back of the store, opened the door to close it behind him and with a condescending tone stated "Look, you not gonna come to my store and knock on my door like you don't have no home training. If I am in the back shitting, I do not need you knocking on the window as if you don't have any home training." As a customer I felt that was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. I would understand if they were banging on the window, but they were not. He seemed like he was upset that he had customers waiting on him. I decided not to spend my money and I left. I looked up a different location and found out there was one in Lithia Springs, GA. I went to that location and was greeted with excitement and enthusiasm. Luis was an amazing help and I ended up spending 90.00 tonight, and planned on going back to that location in the morning. It completely turned my taste for the customer service from this company around. I suggest everyone go to the location in Lithia Springs over Douglasville, because at least in Lithia Springs, they care about your experience there. read more

I have been going to thie establishment for 2 years now. ALWAYS great service when I come in. Very respectful employees, patient and extremely helpful. But these last 3 times I have come in there has been I guess a new employee and he is BEYOND RUDE! He is extremely disrespectful all three times im rushed because he needs a break to go smoke that was my 1st encounter with him, the second time I came in he's standing on my side of the counter and cussing at the 2 other employees while there are customer's in the store maybe they joke around with each other in that way but the others were not speaking to him in that manner and he shouldn't be doing it in front of customers. This last time, I came in last night and he rushed me along I asked him about a certain product and he told me one price but we get to the register and my total didn't add up so I questioned it and he says he told me so and so price, and got arguementive with me ( the register price was 53, but he told me 35 when I was picking the product and i am certain of that, he was so nasty about it, his attitude) because he needed to get his food order, literally rushing me. He never asks for my number when he's there so I can get my points another reason I enjoy xhale but last night I asked him if he would put my number in so I could get my points. It just blows my mind that I have enjoyed coming there and this one employee will keep me from wanting to come back I was so upset last night. It seems to me that he hates his job and customer service isn't for him. I am a subway store manager and wouldn't dare treat anyone that way. I hope this issue is fixed soon because I would love to love coming back. read more

I read the rest of the reviews and I have to say I honestly have had a very different experience than the rest. I have been twice and have already made it my go to store. You see I move to Bama and needless to say it sucks. Any way I have to be honest because I depend on reviews some times. Both times were good. The last was great because I purchased more and the guy was super knowledgeable and attentive to exactly what I was looking for. I lost the card or it is in my truck so I don't know his name. Went in just to look around. Large assortment of vape juice but all was on the wall behind the counter so you couldn't smell any without asking for assistance. The guy working there did have good suggestions when the juice I was looking for they didn't have. read more

Came in to pick up a replacement pen for one that died from another shop. The kid behind the counter looked out of it and didn't even answer my questions. I got the feeling he didn't want to be bothered. When I asked questions he seemed as if he didn't even want to answer and mumbled the answers while on his phone. Horrible customer service. Even when I was on the other side of the store he didn't even acknowledge me A I tried to s I will never return, and advise customers to do the same. read more
