I love how friendly and knowledgable the staff is at Cloud 9. I take these Delta 8 gummies to calm my anxiety and help me sleep at night and they give me a soothing feeling without making me feel groggy in the mornings. Not only do they work but they are also pretty tasty and affordable ($25 for 10) My mom also purchased a vape pen from them while she was in town and she really enjoyed the experience she received. They actually broke down the way to use it since it was her first time owning a vape and they opened up for her to return with any questions or complications she may experience. Of course once we got out of town the vape wasn't quite working to her likely so when we returned she was able to learn it was clogged and how to unclog it as well as the different type of cartridges that can be used. Went to your windy hill road loaction over 4/20 at 1pm and you already ran out of the grab bag deal that was advertised to me multiple times to get me in the store and I wasn't able to get one. I came back to the store that same night and next day and was refused service. Went in to offer an exchange for the item to equal the value of unopen from yesterday and was told no and to leave the store by and older man with a beard who said run the store with missing brown both teeth. My experience now at cloud 9 has no longer been pleasant and it seems as if they're money hunger sale people no longer looking to appease to the smokers. This is very unfortunate there are plenty of other shops around and they would rather lose good customers. read more

So Im really inexperienced at all of this, and went in to buy a gift for someone who wants to give up smoking blunts and move towards bongs and glass pipes. They also have begun smoking hookas, so that was also another gift option this location would be able to fulfill, but I walked in feeling like oh goodness, please let them have a knowledgeable staff. I went in on a Friday night around 7pm and this place was jumping, I stood there feeling like I needed to ask for a job application and get some on the job training on the merchandise. Note to management: 7pm on a Friday nite, you need more than two people manning the store. When I entered, one guy was ringing out a couple and the other guy was pretty much having to give an entire smoking out a bong lesson to two guys that still hadn't made a purchase when I left and I was in the store at least 30-40 mins Having no idea what to buy, I had to wait. Finally the guy that was ringing up the purchase became free, but by that time at least six other people had entered the store, so he pleaded with me to just look around for a few things I was interested in and he'd be right back with me. The other guy was still with the two guys he was with when I came into the store, yet there is more people still coming in. I walked through and looked over the avail merchandise and admittingly was overwhelmed. They guy came back over and explained a few of glass pipes I had selected, by then needed to head back to register. Those first two guys still had the other guy tied up, but my guy finally spoke up and told the other clerk he needed to assist someone that was looking at hookas. Thankfully most of the traffic was way more knowledgeable than both me and obviously those first two guys because they had begun to do like me and cruise around the store and questioning each other on what size bong they wanted to purchase. My guy finally became available again and while I didn't feel pressured to make a decision quickly, I realized that I needed too, because he was still trying to assist other customers, ring people out, answer questions and the other guy had gone back to the two guys he was with originally. I finally made a decision on a small glass pipe. Received some instruction on its use, and how to clean, and I was then headed to the register myself. It came up to right at $42, which was more than what I thought I'd spend He thanked me for my patience and as I exited the store looked back and saw the other clerk still with those first two guys. There are NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGES signs all over the store, so don't be that guy that buys something and then get fussy because you can't return things. *Im a fast learner, dependable and can just ring out customers if you guys are looking to hire someone with great customer service skills and honest. read more

I bought a hookah literally less than 24 hours only to find that it was defective. I went in there and requested some sort of remedy for it and they indicated that it was no refunds or replacements and that I would have to buy a new one! I was shocked and pissed in knowing that I had not even had it for more than 24 hours and this is how they show customer service! It's a complete joke! Why is it not possible to give negative stars? This place is anti-parent. They have a store policy where if you bring in any young child you must carry them the entire time and cannot let them down. Absolutely rude, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. Their unforgiving return policy doesn't even cover if they sell you something defective. I was sold a water pipe which leaks out the bottom, so I went back to exchange it and they wouldn't do anything. The guy behind the counter had the chutzpah to suggest I could solve the issue by just 'not putting water in'. My dude that's all it's meant to do, hold water, if it can't it's basically useless. They only carry cheapo stuff or crazy expensive 'artist' pieces, so I already disliked this place anyway, but if they're not even willing to offer customer service, well - there's no shortage of vape and smoke shops in the area. I've been about 5 times over the last 6 months. The prices are nothing special. Expect to pay brick and mortar prices that are excessive compared to your usual online vape purchases. They didn't have premade claptons or RDA coils, but that's a rarity these days. So is having most juices in 12mg for MTL users. Their concentrate pen choices are mediocre and pricey, but if you have nowhere to go they will have what you need to get you through. Their glass and dab setups are eclectic, and staff seemed to know at least some about their products. Only complaint is I feel like the kid crossed the line between helping me and following me around the store to make sure I wasn't stealing after I had already agreed to spend $50 and have him take it to the counter. read more
