I am a relative newbie to the myriad and gargantuan number of options, especially for those of us diy minded/leap in with both feet first and without guidance types, that there are for using a vaporizer to get a nicotine fix. Not to mention that personal preference is hands down the most prevalent factor of the inconsistent and contradictory information I have so far been able to dredge up from the bottomless pit of chaos that is the Internet. In this Age of Information it's hard to easily sift through all that data. You can't see the forest; there's too many damn trees! From forums(Beware paid for product Hype Men!), YouTube videos, how to blogs, ect. It's nice (and less frustrating!) to have a guide. Less than five minutes after walking into Vapor It in Silverdale with my busted iclear 30b tank, I snapped the threading on its plastic tank(Pyrex, Pyrex, Pyrex) after a few Pliny's smuggled back from Santa Rosa in a friends luggage I was getting excellent advice and service fom Robert who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being condescending. Which is all too prevalent, I have found, in some of the other shops I have been to. I've been to other shops with a larger selection and that were closer. I could care less. Vapor It has quality merchandise, advice, and most importantly, in my opinion, you aren't going to leave without either what you wanted, what you needed or the information to get both. Go there. First off. This place has always treated me well. Great service. The employees really make you feel welcome, and they teach you about everything you ask about. The owner, Lynn is like the Mother of Vape. Such a kind, and loving person, who truly cares about her customers. If you aren't satisfied, or want a specific juice in a different size not normally carried she will order it for you and call when it's there. Pricing is fair, considering the service you receive and selection. If you want to go somewhere new, maybe for your new vape home, consider Vapor It you're home away from home for all your Vaping needs. I've never been let down, and they've always took care of me. Have a problem with a mod? If it's a failure on manufacturing, 9/10 times they'll exchange it. Don't know if you like the juice? Try literally everything in the store, they won't mind, and in fact they'll do their best to find out your flavor palette. Just need help, installing something, have questions? This shop is by far, the best around. The service there is great, they're extremely friendly and always willing to help you with any questions you may have. Every time I have gone in, even just for a few things, any one of their great employees greet me on my entrance and assist me up until I leave the building, unless there was another customer in need of assistance. The owner in particular is great, he's extremely knowledgeable and has shown me the ups and downs of the more extreme side of building coils and what to do when it comes to that. The selection of juice they have is pretty large, it's as good, if not better than any other shop around. They have all of the supplies you could need for any type of mod. And the prices are decent, not too pricey and not cheap enough to worry you. Overall I absolutely love this shop and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vaping needs. I've worked in retail for over 7 years so I know what good service is and this place has it. I've never had one bad experience, they treat me like family. Very knowledgable, great juices, and great mods for the price. Nice to find a place that sells authentics as well as clones and has great prices on them all. I see some of these bad reviews and I think "how?" I have spent hours upon hours in this store looking at items and everyone that comes in seems to be treated with respect. One thing I will say being a retail supervisor is people are always a lot more willing to complain then compliment. So don't take these few bad reviews to heart to much. The service and selection are outstanding. Im pretty new to vaping and the staff lead me in the right direction for everything i needed to make huge clouds. I come by the shop at least once a week for juice and new items. I havent been to another vape shop in the kitsap area that has a wider selection of juice. All of the testers and drip bottles are low nic so you get a good idea of the flavor. They also offer a military discount. Love this vape store! The staff has always been super friendly, helpful, fun to work with, and knowledgeable. I'm in there at least once a week. They have a great selection of juices, and anything you need from beginner vaporizers to mods. I'm pretty amateur when it comes to vaping, but Vapor It set me up with an ecig that is easy to use. The manager was doing his morning inventory when I walked in but he made time to talk me through the process and assemble everything for me. Had a great experience and will be back for sure.
