Love this place! Everything I've tried there tastes amazing. Love their nachos and buffalo chicken Alfredo dish. My partner usually gets their burgers. I was initially hesitant to come here for dinner because of the name. It didn't sound like a place where I would find great food but I overheard a conversation while I was out shopping somewhere and these guys were talking about how amazing their food is. I'm glad I decided to check it out. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Fairly attentive even when it's super busy or slow. Very first time in. I was recommended the place for it's karaoke. I love karaoke places and have a personal arsenal of songs I like to sing. I arrive and have a couple beers while I wait for start time. Start time arrives about an hour later and I put a song in. I decided to order a steak dinner. I never splurge on myself like this, but decided to as I just got paid and worked a hell week. About 10 minutes in of eating my dinner or so, a dozen bites of the potato, a few bites of corn, and a couple bites of the steak, I feel a piercing sensation in my stomach. I rush to the restroom to vomit it up. The stall is occupied by a kid playing on his phone, so I have to use the sink. I go back to the server and ask for a bag or something to get the solids out of the sink. He gives me a shopping bag. I clean the sink better than I left it. I return to the bar area and the server asks if they can get me anything . . . "Milk", I state. The man hands me a milk and it starts to soothe the stomach a bit. I look up to a young man, about 18-21, wearing black denim jeans, with his hand up his butt crack in the kitchen area behind the bar. At that very moment the server hands me my ticket, for the full price steak dinner AND THE MILK. I paid, left a zero tip, and ran out FURIOUS and as FAST as I could so I wouldn't hurt anyone badly. New Way Vapors charges for its food as if it's a fine dining establishment and not a vape themed bar. Not only that but they have zero understanding when it comes to the simplest foods. The fries taste like they'd been sitting in the freezer for too long while the deep fried mushrooms were breaded incorrectly for how they are served, what I got was mushy grease bread surrounding a mushroom and all flavor was lost simply because of the gross texture being the only thing I could think of. The only reason you're getting a 2 star and not a one is because your Mac'n'cheese is actually not bad. read more

Came here on the recommendation of so many people from the Kitsap CouNty Dining Facebook group as soooo many people said they have the best Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese is a huge portion. It is good cheesy wise, but it was pretty bland. The pulled pork with it is also pretty bland. No bbq sauce, kind of surprising to me. My husband got the loaded tots, really greasy, kiNd of weird in flavor. Honestly it would've been so much better as a nacho type thing (which we thought they were, but I didn't read that part of the menu maybe my husband just skipped over them being stuffed). He also got the pizza wontons not good. Weirdish flavor, and they style it like an egg roll which is just kinda weird. 2 - 3 years ago this place served good food that you typically couldn't find in PO. Within 3 months of me going the first time, the food was cooked by different people and it became not as appetizing. I didn't visit as much, because of that. The waitstaff and the owner is/were cordial. My most recent visit was somewhat surreal. I ordered one order of wings and two orders were brought to the table. I didn't bother letting the waitress now that I didn't order the 2nd plate. I could see she was fairly new and was having a hard time navigating the card players needing attention and the few customers eating at the restaurant. I began to eat the wings and noticed that the bone to the wings were brown. This is a clear indication that the wings are pre-cooked and then flashed fried when an order is placed. I choose to not eat the wings and wanted to have the wings removed from my bill. I communicated this to the waitress and she said she had to get the owner. When the owner arrived, he confirmed that the wings are parboiled, to be better prepared to serve wing orders and avoid having raw wings served to patrons. He said serving raw wings is a major issue and that he can't take a $20 hit for the wings. I agree. I also understand that serving days old cooked chicken is also an issue that can still cause food poisoning or borne illnesses. He is serving a subpar product and expects customers "to take a $20 hit" for nasty wings. That is a huge mistake and a recipe to running a business into the ground. A better plan should be implemented to address serving wings that aren't undercooked or days old and parboiled with brown bones. Serving a horribly prepared product and expecting the consumer to pay for an owner's ill conceived business model is illogical. I've decided to stop supporting this business. Emphasis should be put into playing poker and selling vaping products. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I do not understand how this company stays in business with such horrible customer service. I walked into the vape portion of the business, and there were three employees in there. As I walked in, nobody greeted me, nobody talk to me and acted like I had a contagious disease. I asked the employees for two bottles of juice, throughout the whole interaction the employee did not say one word to me, including when we rang the items up. The whole interaction was completely uncomfortable. I do not understand. How do you expect return customers with this kind of customer service. Do better people! Was a customer here back when I was vaping a few years ago but after quitting I never really stopped by. Recently drove by and noticed a sign about poker tournaments. They were staying Poulsbo tho so it was like 40 min drive for the delivery so as expected that effects food quality a bit which isnt anyones fault. We stopped at The Lounge at New Way Vapors in Port Orchard recently. The lounge area is completely separate from the vape shop, with a very nice tribute to military veterans in the lobby between them. Our lunches were VERY good. The garlic fries are wonderful! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very roomy and definitely wheelchair accessible. Great selection of beer on tap, plus a full bar. We went to the restaurant side of this establishment last night too take part in the kids friendly karaoke. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! We ordered queso style nachos, the macaroni and cheese burger, fettuccine alfredo, and a rueben. It was nice to have a family friendly thing to do and also eat! Tuesday morning I bought a battery from Newwayvapors I realized on Wednesday that I needed a new charger not the battery. (My charger was broke so the battery I bought never even turned on.) Friday morning I went to NWV to see if they would accept a return, fully aware there was a chance they would not. (I am in NO way upset that they wouldn't accept my return.) I was told by the employee to hold on while he went to get someone else. The owner, Shane Mabry came out and was very unprofessional and rude. He told me if I want cheap to go shop at Wal-Mart, amongst other things (I never once mentioned that anything was cheap, I asked for a return because I simply didn't need the product). I left feeling insulted and all around upset because of the lack of respect displayed by the owner (Shane Mabry). I wrote this review again saying nothing about the refund or money because I don't need the money back. I was more upset about how I was treated. After the comment above from Newwayvapors I felt again extremely disrespected. My boyfriend then called the store and spoke with Shane the owner who told nonstop lies about me. Shane told my boyfriend over the phone that I bought it over a week ago, that I needed the return for gas money and that I didn't have a receipt when I tried returning it. Those are all lies. I'm blown away by how I've been treated by the owner Shane. I have never once lied about this business and I've been told to manage my money better, shop at Wal-Mart, don't buy things I can't afford all by the OWNER of this store. I'm still in complete shock at how I was treated and how deformation of my character was portrayed over FB. I've also included a photo of my receipt showing that I did have a receipt and I haven't even owned the battery a week. I'm also shocked that I was told to come into the store to get my money back in exchange for removing my review from his FB page. You're a business owner and you want to have a good story to tell so that people can trust you and shop with you. This is not a good story. Really thought I had found a new "wings" place. Last time the wings were hot, crispy, well sauced. Perfect. This time, almost the exact opposite. I ordered three separate shares of wings: ghost pepper, mango-habanero, and parmesan garlic. All three were hot, but none of the skins were crispy, at all. The meat was cooked, but the skin was slimy. The parmesan garlic tasted very watered down, the sauce didn't really stick to the skin. The ghost pepper wings barely had any sauce on them and at least three had zero sauce except for the small amount that had collected on the bottom of the tray. The mango-habanero wings retained the sauce well, but still had that slimy texture. Very disappointed. I might try again, but won't be any time soon. Order of the great wings was on 8/4, not sure if the same person was running the kitchen. read more

We have ordered from here several times and I see many more orders in our future. DON'T PANIC! (R.I.P. D.A.) - Most of the food always looks way overdone, and generally "wrong" (at least to me), but somehow never is. e.g. I bite into the nearly black fried pretzel, fully expecting to taste charcoal, and instead somehow taste only delicious, light & airy fried bread, and somehow, melted butter. This place proves to me that food doesn't have to look amazing to be amazing. I know they say you eat first with your eyes, but when a place gets most everything else right... turns out presentation far less important to me than I ever thought. Everything we have tried has met or exceeded our expectations, although expectations are a little scary here, since the menu only gives you vague clues as to what you are ordering in many cases. To me this doesn't seem like a good place for someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, allergies, or complicated orders, especially if that person is uptight or having a bad day. "Soup" was barely enough information for me to decide on a side tonight, but I was brave, and I was richly rewarded. It was really good "soup". I have no idea if choosing "soup" will be the correct choice for anyone in the future, but it certainly was for me tonight. Want some? It's the smokey, cheesy, porky one with the big chunks of smushed roma tomatoes, good luck! Tonight I had the Pulled Pig which was fantastic, I added bacon, 'cause bacon. I really like coleslaw, and I was disappointed when I first looked at it; My eyes assured me it was slimy, but it smelled fantastic and perfectly fresh. The slaw WAS fresh, delicious, simple, and super sweet (which I love - sweetened condensed milk perhaps? gonna have to try that...). I think many people might think it's too sweet, but I really admire it as a bold and tasty choice) If I had to come up with one other little quibble is that they have to take some kitchen shortcuts, and I do not feel that the time/money savings are necessarily reflected in their prices. For example, making giant spring roll sized lumpia, then cutting them diagonally in multiple pieces before serving, is faster, easier, and likely cheaper than traditional methods. The results are absolutely crispy, meaty, and delicious, and the filling tasted on point to me, but the proportions were just as way off as I expected the moment I saw them. Like a New Yorker ordering a slice from a Chicago place, he may get delicious pizza, but it may be very different from what he is accustomed to. read more

I went in today asking for e-liquid. I asked for, and was told I was buying, a small bottle of 50/50. I walked to my car, took a closer look, and realized it was 60/40. When I went back to tell the employee his mistake he was very rude. He said they do not sell what I need even tho he previously said that's what I was buying. I'm in about once a week. Really like this place, usually only there when Erin is working. She is an absolute delight. But recently I've had the other 2 waitresses. The customer service received tonight was absolutely horrible. You literally had to try and not serve us. My table was a mess, Erin came over and cleaned it. Another guest at my table needed a refill that was never refilled. Doubles were not poured probably, they've been short the passed couple nights. Also if we needed anything we had to go up to the bar when we were clearly her only table. The service these passed couple of night makes us rethink coming back. read more

This is, by far, the best restaurant in Port Orchard. I can say that because I go out to eat at least five times a week. The food is excellent and the service is great as well, Dawn is always at the ready to help! Shane is a great owner that keeps an eye on his customers at all times. Yes, it is sometimes loud in the restaurant, especially on Friday nights however, the service and food is well worth the noise. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. It is a family restaurant and although one can vap, the ventilation is beyond compare. Went there for dinner and realized right away that I wish I hadn't suggested it to hubby. I am a smoker but walking in that place immediately made my eyes burn. The haze from the vaping people hung in the air without movement. There were double doors open but it still provided no relief. While waiting for dinner (45 minutes) they were setting up a beer pong tourney right next to us. (it's mostly a bar rather than a true restaurant) I got my nachos with the waitress telling us his burger is coming right up. 20 minutes later, out came his burger. NOT cool. That aside, I had hoped the meal would be better than the atmosphere. I was not in luck. The menu is all over the place which for some places that works. Not this one. I ordered the chicken nachos with the thinking "how could they go wrong with those?". DO NOT ORDER THE NACHOS unless you love flavorless, bland, cheese sauce. (like a movie theater would serve only MORE tasteless!) The plate was huge and I suppose if you were sharing it with a bunch of drunk people, it might be ok. It was layered as follows. Chips, crappy cheese sauce, a very little bit of chicken, a dollop of sour cream, a spoonful of pico de gallo and jalapenos. Very disappointing! The only reason I gave them the extra star was because my husband did like the burger he ordered. It was their signature burger that pretty much is a mile high and has everything but the kitchen sink on it He thought it was delicious.
