The staff is always very nice and welcoming, and their shisha flavor options are great. The upstairs lounge area has soft leather couches and tvs, and are dimly lit for a laid back atmosphere. There aren't any tables upstairs in the lounge, so you cant play cards or anything. The venue does have a fridge that offers various bottled beverages, and you can order hot tea as well. This venue is very open to people from all walks of life, and is not biased in any way. They do require the membership fee, which was a one time fee of $5 (may be $10).
