very rude customer service....not helpful i called a few times and they never assist me in what I am looking. They even hang up on me.

Horrible service. Bought juice there container was cracked they said no returns or exchanges. Filed complaint on their website 4 days ago and have not heard a thing. I will get my juice elsewhere and tell others. read more

Awful experience. Walked in, brand new to vaping and asked for a universal pen that takes all cartridges. Was told to purchase the Exxus Snap pen for starters. Take my purchase home and try to use it the next night, the pen only takes the skinny cartridges that are provided thus making the pen useless. I take it back asking if I can exchange or get an extender, they do not have the extender. Then they tell me I cannot trade back in because of some stupid rules they have in place. This happens 48 hours after my purchase which has a receipt and the everything that it came with for an item that was unusable. I am now stuck with a pen that is useless and have to purchase an extender I pray works from an online source which will not come in for a week. Useless. read more

Never Vaped. Hell, I've never even shopped at this store, but I have been screamed and cursed at by an employee of Vapor Maven for taking a short phone call in their parking lot. So my experience at the citizen drive location, albeit brief, was less than enjoyable. Little angry vape man didn't even do a vape trick for me. Did he have a bad reaction to the vapor? Did he lose his call of duty tournament? Maybe his dad never played catch with him..? We will never know...but I do know one thing...I've never wanted a cigarette worse. read more

My experience at Vapor Maven is awesome. My boyfriend had vapes before but I was never to vape because it just made me cough. But my boyfriend broke his vape and began to smooch off others, so as a gift I got him one. I went into the store and admitted I knew absolutely nothing about them. The manager walked me through everything, explaining how the various kinds of vapes and coils and batteries etc are different. I told him the things I was looking for and he guided me in the right direction, providing me with his personal experience as well as feedback from other customers. He seemed very knowledgeable on the task and was attentive to my own questions and desires. He even taught me how to properly hit a vape, so now I enjoy them too! I had a FUN time vape shopping here, and now it is the only vape store I will go to! All of the employees are very kind and helpful. I have such a wonderful experience every time I go that the manager Chris and employee Trisha have even become friends of mine. I would definitely recommend going to this vape store!! read more

I would rather not vape at all before stepping foot into that store. I went in and bought a coil but unfortunately I dropped my mod before ever even putting the coil in. I went back and dealt with Jess and after talking it over with her, I bought a replacement tank. She told me it was $34.99 but when she rand it up it was almost $58 (which I was short $2 so Jess covered it for me. Awesome) Anyway, it wasn't my mod, it was my sister's and when I got back home (I live out of town) I found out that the tank everywhere else is $30ish and the entire kit was only $65. The ENTIRE thing. I asked Brittany, the manager, if I could return it but she said nope. It's not their policy. She was absolutely unhelpful and she definitely shouldn't have a job working with the public. The employee that is usually working with long hair was extremely rude to me and my friend. He was telling us how to act in a vape shop and called it life advice. Also telling us how he could refuse our business when we were being very respectful. All in all I personally feel they should fire this employee since he deters my business and I'm sure based on other reviews people feel the same as I did. I visited the east Johnson and I was so disappointed in not only the service I received from Vapor Maven's sales associate but the atmosphere of the store was very unprofessional, unorganized and unfriendly to the consumer. This store has one associate working during open hours, which is appropriate considering the little traffic the store may see day to day. That being said, there shouldn't be any reason I was ignored and overlooked because their sales associate lack of paying attention. I would go as far to say that I was rudely ignored and disrespected by this night time employee. I believe his name was 'JD' or 'Jay'. He was not polite not helpful and seemed to be using the stores items freely without purchasing anything himself. I was thoroughly dissatisfied, so much that I ended up leaving without even being given the chance to make a purchase. read more

Mom bought a vape pen for no particular reason. Never used. I couldn't even exchange it with the receipt. Some b.s. rule. Lost customer.

Went to this vape store with my friend with the intent to purchase a vape for CBD oil ONLY. We made it very clear that it wouldn't be used for the normal nicotine juice. To start, the employee was VERY snarky and condescending and when we asked questions he'd answer them in riddles and tried to be funny. He talked in and out of Irish accent and continued to make jokes about our lack of knowledge. He repeatedly blew his vape "clouds" in our faces while we were talking which hello, RUDE. Then to top it all off, he sold my friend a vape that is not made to pull from CBD oil. The vape started leaking and was hard to get anything out of it. We then went to Staxx (which I recommend because they were helpful and knew a lot) and the guys told us there that the vape was not made for CBD and could cause the vape to burn up. After this we tried to return it and we were told that we can only get store credit and we had to exchange it in that moment. Again, for the second time, all the employees where rude and snarky and put down Staxx in a negative way. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They are rude, condescending, and they have terrible customer service. read more

An employee talked the good talk. I was pretty certain the tank (Baby Beast) he was trying to sell me was not compatible with my older battery (Cool Fire IV) but he was adamant that it was and eventually convinced me that it was. Against my better judgment, I bought it. I took it home, filled it with juice, let it soak, attached it to my battery and tried it. The info bar on my battery alerted "SHORTED". I immediately called the store and spoke with the same employee that had convinced me to buy the tank. I asked about the refund policy, fully expecting to be told that I was out of luck. Much to my surprise, he told me that I could bring it back in and he would let me exchange it for store credit. So, I made the trip back to the store at which time he called his manager and then proceeded to tell me I was out of luck! I asked to speak to his manager. He called his manager back and I told him what had happened, including being instructed to return to the store. His manager then tried to sell me a new battery! The lessons I learned in all of this are: 1) Vapor Maven employees know jack squat. 2) Vapor Maven lies to its customers. 3) Vapor Maven does not care about its customers, just their money. read more

Uninformed associates who are there just to collect a paycheck and get a discount/free product (and maybe ingest too much CBD!). On multiple occasions was sold wrong 5 pk of coils (without being informed) only to refuse a refund upon returning for correct product. Last time was "traded" for different coils that they promised were "better" and ended with 2 pks of crap. This time the guy said the right product when ringing me up and nope! I should of checked!! Warning double check EVERYTHING you purchase because you are stuck with it even if it was Not your error!!! Every associate will tell you something different. One even told me "Most of the time I would tell a customer I was giving them the wrong product". How about EVERY time. read more
