Went here to get a single Foger Vape pen. Following policy, I removed the vape pen from the packaging to test it. After a few puffs, nothing happened. I told the clerk it was not working. He told me that it probably needed a charger which was not included, and that I would need to purchase one or if I had a charger at home charge to charge it then. I told him that I wasn't going to wait to go all the way home to make sure it worked and I requested him to just give me another one. He told me no. So I told him that I was going to leave and he told me that I couldn't leave because I didn't pay for the vape pen that I put my mouth on. I then told him it doesn't work so why would I pay for it? He then told me he needed my ID, I told him NO and walked out! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THERE IS ANOTHER VAPE STORE ON THAT SAME STREET ON Metcalf that has WAY better customer service and they products work! The clerk I had this encounter with was black or possibly mixed complexion just in case anyone wants to know! read more

They always take their time helping out customers, especially when someone new to vaping comes in and has questions. The store atmosphere is very welcoming and Joe and Deb are very easy to make conversation with. On top of exceptional customer service you'll also be able to find a wide range of different vapes and juices. Their store also participates in the Five Stars reward program which allows you to earn points on your purchases by entering your phone number. Points can later be redeemed for discounted/free product or in store credit. Great shop all around!

There is also a variety of food options from pizza, to sandwiches, to Asian noodles, Pakistani, African, breakfast foods, and donuts.
