First of all no one should be made to feel like they are doing something wrong solely because they look younger than they are. Went to buy a disposable vape with the interest of buying a something more permanent. Walked in and was greeted Immediately with judgment and the question of "where's your ID." Gave the rude man my ID and felt like my entire time in that place was full of judgment from the employee helping. Not sure if it was because I was gay, or if it was because I looked younger when I'm actually 22 and my ID states so or maybe he felt like he needed to be "Kansas City's Vape Cop." Won't go back, experience was awful and the employee put an awful taste in my month. I'll just go buy the same vape at the shell gas station for $13 instead of spending $27 and getting AWFUL help. Needless to say, if I need something more permanent I'll be spending my money somewhere else instead of with a company that discriminates. :) read more

Employees cool as hell, they advertise points for rewards...literally have HUNDREDS of points not applied to my account. They took my phone number and wrote it on the receipt....told me they would send them in to the manager and have them applied. Been over a week, and still hasn't been done. It also says obsolete on the app. WTF? House juices are pretty legit, hella good selection. Again, no probs with the staff. Just janky on the points thing. Don't offer it if you aren't going to follow through. You owe me $50 worth of shit. Lol Fix that, I'll give you five and continue being a customer. If not, online again it shall be. read more

Worst vape shop in Kansas City! Horrible customer service!! I've never experienced such arrogant people in my life. I went to the store off 95th and Quivira, bought a 100 mL bottle of juice. It spilled in my backpack all over everything. I took it back to the store after I realized what had happened. The little kid that was working there told me I'm sorry sir but we check every single one of our lids and this was your fault not ours. I argued with him for a minute and then him and his other friend acted like they wanted to fight me. I left and went to the store off 75th St. Where the lady working said oh I'm sorry we put the wrong lid on your bottle 100 ml bottles they require a different lid. read more
