Definitely coming back to buy what they recommended. For Oils: Pinky (formerly jolly rancher) is always an all time favorite. Watermelon and Strawberry. This one is Vapor Shark branded. Their juices are always high quality. PLUTO - Omg! Watermelon, Honey Dew/Cantaloupe, Bubble Gum and a slight hint of mint. TOP#1. Prices are reasonable. SELLING OUT DATTED E-LIQUID CONFIRMED FROM E-LIQUID BRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE Purchase a bottle of Juice Head Strawberry Kiwi E-Liquid from here today and when I arrived home 10 minutes later I opened it and noticed it was orange, unlike one I had purchased in the past which was completely clear. I emailed Juice Head customer service directly and they confirmed that based on the batch code located on the bottom of the bottle, the product is OUT OF DATE AND SHOULD NOT BE USED! JH customer service was nice enough to replace the product for me. I'd like to start by telling you that no one should buy anything from this location, I bought a device from them on the June 28. It was working perfectly fine until yesterday( July 22) it hasn't even been 30 days. The guy who sold me the device up sold me to a more expensive one than the one I initially went in to the store for. He explained that if I hold on to the packaging that any issues I have with it they would replace it within 30 days. I walked in to the store today with the intentions of buying more pods and more liquids, also expecting for them to replace the defective device. When I handed the device to same person that sold me the device he started acting as if he was trying to help me and was talking to me asking me questions about what type of charger I used to charge the device. I told him "regular USB ports, then I told him I think it's a regular 2.0 amp port, my computer's USB port" he responded "there it is you fried it!, sorry I can't help you, the best I can do is give you a discount on an other device"... Really he pretty much secretly interrogated me to deny me warranty on a clearly defective device that does not bring a power outlet. He never told me to charge it on a 1 amp power outlet. I also highly doubt that the 1amp difference was the issue. It's clearly a manufacturer defect. It didn't even stop working while I was charging it cut out in the middle of me vaping. I tried asking to speak to the manager and he told me that's not possible. After getting frustrated with the situation, another guy came out from the back acting tough and didn't like the tone of my voice and asked me to stop the attitude. What did he expect for me to have a smile from cheek to cheek after they screwed me and wouldn't honor their warranty. I gave the guy a piece of my mind and he asked me to leave the store. After searching online I couldn't find any way of contacting any body that can be held accountable for this. Pretty much if you walk into this store it's just like walking into the flea market, what ever you buy hope that it's good otherwise good luck with getting them to honor the warranty. I guess I'll be contacting Consumers Protection to file a formal complaint... let's see how that goes? read more

Okay first of all, this vapor never has anything you need, flavors,nicotine levels, battery packs. Second 5 days ago i bought an external battery eleaf unit for the first time ever and ive been smoking it casually not even That much. While I am smoking a hear a sizzling sound and I open my battery and it completely melted the positive part of the bagtery pack as well as the positive part of the chinese made battery. The bartery was super hot so I got as far away as I could because I thought the thing was going to blow up. So I to the shop they dont have the battery packs I want, I dont want an external battery anymore and the guy wouldn't even refund me the money back, pathetic. read more

Staff not helpful at all, walked in and they were all sitting. I had an issue with my vapor shark that was purchased in this same store. I was unable to open the little tank to refill with liquid and explained to them my situation, they said they couldn't help me and the only thing they were able to do is let me borrow there pliers???? Very rude and unhelpful, get new staff and train them on how to do there job correctly read more

Possibly the most inattentive and unhelpful staff at any place I've ever been to. Not just vapor shark locations, literally any retail establishment I've ever been to. Walked in and one of the two staff members was lying on a couch. Staff acts as if they're bothered by your presence instead of making you feel like they actually want your business. I can see why the store is always empty, who would bother driving to a location like this to deal with rudeness and lack of interest when you could easily purchase anything they sell online or at another retailer. I can say that customer service by the individual with glasses is NOT BAD, I believe he is fair to customers and his employer. Very disappointed with this place every time I come in to get a new coil for my tank or refill for my Juul pod they never have the flavors or coils I want in stock been there 3 weeks in a row and still no inventory in stock for what I'm looking for yet I visit any other Vapor Shark and they have it in stock I don't know what it is but somebody ain't doing something right with their inventory read more
