Even though the store was open for a few more hours all the hot food was gone and off the shelves. The store was half empty with their selection of items. They truly understand the downtown lifestyle. So why is the customer service so outstanding? When they first opened I went in to buy cigarettes for a friend because they didn't carry my brand. They asked me what type I smoked and did not hesitate to say they would start carrying them and BOOM - they did. So last time I am in, they were out. They assure me they are going to get more. Last night I walk in and they immediately apologize because my brand is no longer available and they really tried to get them for me. They also told me I am the ONLY person that buys them.
