A week ago I lost my SMOK Fetch, I called Vapor'd to see if they had one. The gentleman who answered said he didn't have the Fetch, but that he had the big brother of the Fetch with a bigger pod. I couldn't afford this model when I had purchased the Fetch. I let him know that I had to bring my son in with me and he said that would be just fine and he would make sure no one was vaping when I came in. I got there and got my new device for the same price I got my Fetch for elsewhere. He remembered me from our phone call earlier and greeted my son and made him feel welcome. This place is the real deal! After trying half a dozen vapor stores in this area and beyond, I think I have finally found my go-to shop. First of all, the way the store is setup and decorated is beautifully and professionally done, unlike many of the little startups that have popped up around town recently. The e juice sampling displays are the most modern, elegant, and we'll organized I've seen at any vapor shop. The same can be said for the display cases for the e cig parts and accessories. Esthetics are all well and good, but what about the product? I can safely say that this is the only shop I've been to where a majority of the e juice flavors are right on the money. The Strawberry Shake tastes EXACTLY like a strawberry shake. The Caramel Latte tastes EXACTLY like a creamy sweet latte. The Sweettart tastes EXACTLY like the Sweet Tart candies. "The snozberries taste like snozberries!" (Willy Wonka) I'm really surprised how sweet many of the flavors were, more so than any other e juices I've tried. This is the first time where I didn't find myself looking for a flavor that I liked, but instead trying to decide which of the 5 that I liked were going to come home with me! I ended up going with Snake Bite and Coffee at Sunset, and the owner mixed them right in front of me! Speaking of the owner, talk about customer service! He was very attentive and kind, and he happily answered any questions that I had. He's so thorough that he can even tell you what mix of flavors are in each e juice by referring to a list that he keeps. Horrible owner / worker : whatever this guy is. Is unreal. My husband and I walked in to purchase a charger - potentially. I politely asked if he might be able to use the restroom, he said absolutely not - we said that was fine. He continued to ask if we came in just to use a restroom before I had the chance to even ask for what we came in to purchase. In an extremely rude and asshole tone he addressed us in an awful matter to go to a bar to use the restroom. Granted we were well over needing a restroom - and into making a purchase. When I decided we should just leave he was a D*CK - so I told him he could go f himself. Completely uncalled for and rude. My husband and I are well off, polite, and big into supporting local shops. I've been vaping for about six months now and this is the third vape shop I have visited. The juice here is what keeps me coming back, the Gold Box blend has a mild sweetness with a hint of vanilla. I've been here a couple times and each visit they bottled up a fresh batch of juice for me with a label that has the date on it. Also like that they had an option between 12mg and 6mg of nicotine. I had been using another vape shop for about 4 months and they offered nothing between the two. I tried to make the jump from 6 to 12 but it was too much of a reduction for me. So glad Vapor'd was there to hook me up with some 9mg juice. I had been in a week long nicotine fit and even fell off the wagon and bought a pack of smokes before coming here. Customer service is good here, the owner is really nice and super helpful. I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to vaping and needed more coils, I wasn't sure which ones to get and the owner got me the right ones. I called up with some questions regarding my old vape and he said to swing on by. He showed me all the different tanks that worked with it and let me try out his liquids, recommending some. He told me how much I would be spending and showed me one of the less expensive new-age vapes which was about the same price for the WHOLE KIT!! First time here and I asked for Menthol and the owner made a rude grunting noise like it was nasty. Then it was my boyfriends first experience in a vape shop and he didn't exactly know how to sample the different flavors and the owner flipped out and grabbed the tank out of his hand and told him to leave the store. We thought he was joking because of how ridiculous he sounded but he was very serious and very rude, I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Worst experience ever!!!! read more

Wow... What to say... We were there one day and the clerk was very nice and attentive. Returned the next day and immediately we were accused of stealing a battery that we tested out. We have no need to steal anything, we are both professionals with great careers and the funds to pay for what we need. We also RETURNED to the store not knowing that we would be accused of stealing... Because... We did not steal anything! Did not realize we were being accused until the clerk, David, himself said he was accusing us. We made sure to point out that the device we tested was right there on the display. Again, we thought maybe he just confused us... My mother in law asked a few more questions regarding the product and how it works... He, David, dismissed us and said " we are done here." This by far has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you buy something there and David is in a good mood, then you come back and he is in a bad mood, you might be screwed. Think twice before purchasing anything there. You might be the next person he accuses of stealing his misplaced product. Not a good feeling... read more
