Ron helped me with my purchase and he was kind enough to show me how to set my vapresso 220W mod and how to install a new coil and also helped me pick out a good flavor of e-liquid ("blueberry jam cookie"), as well as how to re-fill the tank, etc. The only reason why I'm giving this review four stars is because I found VaporFi on Yelp and their website says they give a discount for first time customers but it doesn't mention that it is only valid online and through shipping (which they've been having issues with), and not valid for in-store purchases. I purchased a vapor fi dry vape three years ago.The mouth piece was poorly designed ( plastic too thin) and it cracked. The vape still works but is now useless without a replacement mouthpiece. I love how you can mix their house juices with other flavors and I love the sampling that they do ( costs a dollar). I got the cobnut menthol freeze . I found it ok , but nothing to go home about. pretty weak flavor. associates were kind and knowledgeable about vaping. they were trying to upsale on me tho and I didn't find that appreciative. I signed up for text updates and never received one. After a couple of weeks checking to see if it's been picked up, no update. At this point, I read the reviews of the site and wish I'd read them before ordering. I was pretty sure it was a scam, and I was going to be out $50. I just received the email that my package was delivered to my choice of stores, March 24th, although the website said it was delivered on March 21st. Came here couple weeks ago on Saturday. It was a little busy and it was only one girl working on the floor that day. So we decided to come back in a little while. I was a little disappointed because it was my first time buying a vape and I wanted to get a lot of info about it. So after we came back the lady spend all her time with me helping me out. I believe her name was Loretta. She's the best! And the whole store is beautiful compare to standart vapor stores in South Philly. I got the starter kit since I'm non-smoker. Bought replacement pods and coils for my vape a few weeks ago. When I opened them this morning I realized the coils would not sit inside the pod all the way. Pressing down more it just popped back up. I tried filling pod and it leaked immediately. I bought extra parts at vaporfi on south street and when I went in to get replacements because one or more item was defective I was told that I could purchase new ones with a small discount. My husband, being the real vape enthusiast in our household, wanted to check out this new store, and since I do enjoy the occasional puff of some of the coffee flavors from time to time, I thought I'd join him. I love the natural aspects of their products, and their flavor combination possibilities are fantastic -- and what a clever bar-style set-up to experiment with crafting the perfect flavor just for you! The hubs settled on a good handful of flavors to have a variety to choose from -- my favorites were a clove, and a double espresso - all which they allow for adjustments in strength of flavor, which was a major plus for me (extra extra double espresso flavor, pleaseandthankyou!) I tried this place a week ago since my usual vape shop was closed at the time and I was out of atomisers. The staff was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about vape products. But when they didn't have the atomisers I needed the owner produced atomisers that he said were basically the same ones that I normally use but it was a different maker. Since I'm not an expert on vaping products I trusted his recommendation. I should have known better but I was out of atomisers and I was desperate. He replaced my old atomiser with a new one right there in the shop. It didn't seem to work at first so he said it was because the coil wasn't touching the device so it wasn't connecting to the battery. I didn't really understand what he was saying but hey,he owns a vape shop so I thought he knew what he was talking about. It wasn't until I had to replace the atomiser that he put in that I realised his answer to fixing the piece was to jam it in there so far and so tight that I actually had to use a pliers to get the piece out. When I finally got it out and tried to put a new one in it didn't work. No matter what I did to try and get the atomiser to work it didn't and I wasn't about to force it in there like he did. I tried putting the old one back in thinking at least I can use that until I get to the shop the next day, and it didn't work. Even when I tried screwing the piece in as hard as he did it still didn't work. So I had a pack of brand new and useless atomisers, a used atomisers that I couldn't use and I was out the money I paid for the new pack at 11p at night with no way to vape. I thought that I had a new place to buy my vape products but I was very wrong. A situation like this tells me that their only concern is the sale and not satisfied, potentially loyal customers. Honestly, I've only been here once and I dont think I'm going back. The people were overly helpful and you may think that's a good thing but then you realize that they're just trying to upsell you on items. The juice smells like nail polish remover and tastes disgusting. This is literally the only juice to make me cough every time I go to take a puff. Its a really bright open store but it feels really industrial instead of the local vape shops that feel intimate and apart of a community. The store has a taste menu , and helps you taste and decide which flavors you want to buy. You decide on the nicotine strength too which starts at .6 and goes up to 2.4 if I am not wrong. I was honestly SHOCKED to see positive review after positive review about this place (ignoring the fact that most of them are CLEARLY written by the company). My personal experience here was... sufficient, but I have had far better experiences at nearly every other vape shop I have been to. Nice clean, modern environment and display! The main reason I would never go back here is that I genuinely think MOST (if not ALL) of the juice taste terrible! I am referring to the House Brand. I have been to at least 20 different vape shops in my lifetime, and I have NEVER disliked the entire collection. I tried over 10 flavors there (flavors I typically buy all the time), and they ALL had really horrible tastes to them. They have a decent deal where you buy 3 Juices, you get the 4th for free, so both my friend and I planned to buy 3 each; but we both tried the flavors and decided not to buy any! Even basic flavors like Strawberry and Peach are terrible and don't taste anything like Peach or Strawberry. Another thing I really disliked was the customer service. When I walked in, there was a super gorgeous Red haired girl working, and a clearly brand new young male employee. I do not fault the company or the male employee at all for this, but he basically had no idea how to do ANYTHING, and the female employee just kept switching back and forth between helping my friend and I, and two other customers. I wanted to just go in quickly and go, but I would have to wait for this single employee to bounce back and fourth between all of our needs. I was about to walk out multiple times, just because I was trying to PAY AND LEAVE for about 10-15 minutes. I assume this would be corrected once the other employee knows what he is doing, but still he clearly knew NOTHING about vapes so it was just weird. The experienced female employee was helping someone else, and the new male employee would try to help me try samples. But every single time he made a little mistake (which was a lot), the female employee would openly be SO BITCHY to him! It created this really tense dynamic in the room, where the new employee was clearly SUPER uncomfortable and quiet, just trying to learn, while the girl was clearly so pissed off that god forbid a NEW EMPLOYEE doesn't know how to do things. Another thing I HATED was the amount of upsaling that was going on. I've worked as a sales rep in the past, so I understand upsaling and that the employees are probably required to do it. But HOLY SHIT! Like I bought a 25$ vape pen, and when I'm ready to pay, the girl says "Ok, I'm just gonna throw in this wall adapter, it's only 10$." WHAT?! WHY IS A WALL ADAPTER 10$?! I can get a pack of 5 wall adapters from the Dollar Store. So of course I say, "no, youre not going to 'throw it in,' and I can't imagine why you would say that without asking!" So she tells me that, I need this particular wall adapter to charge the vape, otherwise it "Break my Vape." So I basically called bullshit, and then she changes it to "well it will probably break if you use a different wall adapter." Which is obviously BS - it would either DEFINITELY NEED a special wall adapter, or it definitely WOUDLN'T. I didn't like that a girl who literally knows nothing about electrical engineering would straight up LIE to me to sell me a 10$ wall adapter... OH THIS WAS THE WORST PART ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I was sitting at the bar with my friend, and another female customer a seat down. The female employee was showing the other customer a Vape, and THOUGHT that she put its battery down next to her. So I was TRYING TO PAY AND LEAVE for a while now, but she starts to look for the battery SHE misplaced instead of helping me. She ends up looking for the battery for like 10-15 minutes, saying OVER AND OVER "I put it down right here, someone must have moved it." And she blames the new employee for it about 5 times, continually asking him "Where did you move it? Are you sure you didn't move it? You must have moved it." So it's been a while, and she still hasn't found the battery, at this point I even say "I'm trying to leave and checkout..." but she refuses to do anything besides look for the battery. Now she starts looking at ME glaring her eyes, and I realize that she thinks I may have stolen it. At this point, I actually started believing MAYBE the girl next to me stole it, because it was allegedly sitting RIGHT next to her and it has been like 15 minutes. Now, ALL the customers are trying to checkout and leave. So the girl finally gives up and is ready to check us all out, because the other employee cant do ANYTHING. But she keeps stopping momentarily to look for the battery again, and keeps saying things like "well why don't we just look at the security cameras," and "well I'll find out when I check the cameras." I was literally about to say "Would you like to check my bag?" Turns out SHE PLUGGED IT IN TO CHARGE AND FORGOT ABOUT IT! read more

Horrible experience. The promotion of the warranty is completely false, they will never take your damage product and replace it correctly. They will just try to sell you more products to take more money out of you. I am writing this review while my boyfriend is discussing with the employee. We contact the manager and he was unhelpful. The employer and manager said different things and neither solved the issue. THESE PRODUCTS ARE PRONE TO GET DAMAGED. Don't purchase, because you will end back coming to the store.
