Wow just wow. First of all it seems I Disturbed the guy from his phone when I walked into the store. Very simple request I just needed one coil for a very common vape and was going to buy an oil. He proceeds to tell me rudely, that he can't break up the five pack of coils, which is really unheard of I've been into a thousand vape shops and they've all done single coils. So joke only and friendly I say oh that's strange other vape shops do it. His response: "Well that's their problem" Still friendly and joking I said I would think that would be their benefit you know, more options for the customer? And now he just starts mumbling and sassing back like basically if I don't like it I can leave so I decided to. The guy was a complete jerk off and I will never ever ever come back to this place. When I finally made it to my stand by vapor shop later that day they were all laughing about it. If you ever see a storefront full of hookahs then I would suggest to keep walking... AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU'RE IN A SERIOUS PINCH. read more

Fellow yelper Jason K. and I came down here for a few things, first was to eat , second was to go to a vapor shop he knew of. Always an adventure while walking on South Street. This is where you can spend a whole day walking up and down, window shop, find hiddens stores, or just take in the sights to see. Vapordelphia is one of those stores or hidden gems along the way that is off the main strip, that you could miss. As we finished our feast of all feast we were heading down to a vapor shop he saw a few blocks down. Vapordelphia was not the shop he intended to go to, but he just so happened to turn his head and there it was. Places like this is what I call a "Hidden Gem". What a great shop, with a great inviting smell to make the visit more pleasurable. As I take notice to this nice little shop I am checking out the different vaporizers. Myself I am trying to get away from the cigarette scene seeing I am paying an arm and a leg for a pack. I also want to get away from that "oh so lovely scent" that is left over from smoking a cigarette. I've tried all the things , the electronic cigs, the patch, I even went the gum route, after a few minutes the sensation is there. Vapordelphia is a great shop to go to , which allow you to try the product with all the different flavors, or "juices" . They have a great crew in here seeing I was the rookie, trying to learn all this. I know the gentleman i delat with , Mark did a great job in helping me out. I did a few samples , I must admit I didn't have that craving for a cigarette. I'm definitely coming back to get myself set up so I can get rid of this habbit , or addiction I'll say. I called before I came in to ask if they had a lot of options for juul-compatible flavors and they said they had tons. So I went in. By "A ton" they meant 2 options. So I asked for a flavor that's most like the mango juul flavor and what I got was more like a old, moldy mango flavor or something. I did my best not to gag in front of them as I left. They overcharged me for this disgusting flavor and they don't accept returns if they give you something completely gross so I wasted my money and threw out those nasty pods they sold me the second I left the store. Would not recommend (at least for juul type devices) maybe they have better flavors for those high-tech vapes or something. But their pod selection is horrible. read more

Came here for the first time last night around 12 minutes before they closed. As soon as I walked in the door, the cutest lil doggy came up to check me out and say hello.. Good first impression! I was greeted by Ben, who immediately gave off a welcoming and pleasantly calm vibe. The selection here is wider than a lot of vape shops and they even carry some items I haven't seen anywhere else. Ben was super helpful as I chose a new mod and he even offered to re-wick my dripper for me, as it was waaay past due for a change of cotton. While he was doing that, I was rung up by Joe, who was equally genuine and waited patiently as my indecisive ass picked out a juice. They have a wide range of flavors both popular & obscure, and Joe was happy to recommend a few. I checked the time as soon as I left & realized I stayed ~15 mins past 9. Despite this, there was no hint of annoyance from either of them, nor did they try to rush me out. Great experience overall and I'll definitely be back! read more

We tried the Pop Strawberry Mango, which's as everything! So we went back seeing if they sold the full size in stores, which they stopped carrying it! So we decided to just purchase it online! Raising this up to four stars because after a brief hiatus from Vapordelphia, I went back over the weekend and left very satisfied. Their prices are quickly becoming the most competitive in the South Street area. They still have juice happy hour (-15% between 4-6pm) and now if you're a part of the Belly loyalty program, they take 10% off juices all the time. I just bought a 5-pack of dual coil atomizer heads here for $8. That is seriously awesomely cheap. Shaved head guy is still not friendly or nice. read more

Let's be honest... We all come here to see Vito. But on the real this shop has a vast variety of premium and name brand juices along with a very knowledgable staff. I came in on short notice with no juice, burnt cotton, funky coil and a little bit of desperation and although they were short on wire they hooked me up with a sick Clapton build regardless with bomb flavor recommendations. Friendliest staff and down to earth. Also, I saw the one dude complaining about getting juices at cheaper prices online... Don't be an ass it's a brick and mortar they need to survive too. I was in Philly for a week and needed new batteries and coils. They were having an amazing sale. The guy who helped us was amazingly friendly. Not to sure about their juice selection. I am a long time vaper. I was very impressed with the knowledge base of the employees and owner. The shop does not carry dry herb vaporizers and pipes and I was happy to see that. The vapor community should separate ourselves from the "head shop" community. I have nothing against those shops but the FDA is working to regulate the ecig products and we don't need to give them more ammunition. I saw the owner card some young men and refuse sales to the minor. They were friendly and customer service was excellent. The shop was clean and the atmosphere was comfy enough I felt like sitting, vaping and chatting. I watched as a new vaper tried flavors. The clerk was patient and knew his inventory well enough to make suggestions. These folks care about their business. That was obvious to me. Overall an A÷ experience and I will return. Seriously in the blink of an eye South Street has become a mecca for smoke shops. Which is fine with me because I've taken a big liking to vaporizers. I stumbled upon this spot and walked in with a friend. Joe greeted us and was extremely friendly and well versed on each product. My last vaporizor broke, and I wanted something similar but a step up and he helped me find the perfect piece. The only negative is that this place is really all about using the oils. I am using it for "dry herbs" if you will, so I had to buy a seperate part at a different shop. I think there's a lot of people in my shoes, so the only negative I see is that they should offer those. Aside from that it was a pleasurable experience, which these days on South Street is hard to come by. Bottom line: These dudes know their product really well. Welcomed with "how can I help" and after "I'm looking to start vaping" they gave me the 411, didn't try to up sell and let me try some popular flavors (upon my request, they just offered for me to try whatever I'd like). Gave advice as to nicotine level and showed how the parts come together/apart. Called a couple days later because it was leaking and they troubleshooted over the phone. Awesome work. Joe in particular was able to educate me on the different mods at their price points, built my atomizer, and explained the process all throughout. My boyfriend and I came in 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night and were not rushed out the door. We were treated with respect and were encouraged to take our time trying flavours, even if we were there well after closing time. The staff is exceptionally good about looking at what you vape and coming up with recommendations from there. I ended up buying one of the recommendations, which is a rarity for me. My boyfriend and I are extremely hard to please flavour wise, but they never lost patience or ran out of suggestions.
