Online orders are hit and miss. Whatever you do, don't complain or expect any level of customer service. I've had more rational polite conversations with a hormonal teenager than I have the manager. "We shipped it to the wrong location---TOO BAD" followed by being hung up on. "We waited four days to ship it" only to be met with being screamed at by the manager and hung up on. They have individual tanks filled with each of their juice so you know exactly what you're tasting since the coil hasn't had any other type of flavor on it, which was a first for me. They didn't have the juice I wanted in a 3ng but the guy there assured me that the flavor in 6ng wasn't too harsh on the throat(which I'm sure most of us hate).
