Very rude staff member. I asked an employee about purchasing 1oz and 5oz silver bars and Silver Eagle coins and he told me they were out of stock. I was wanting to buy at least 20 oz of Silver for Christmas gifts. He advised I take a card and call back periodically, which I did take a card. While I was waiting for him to take care of another customer, a second very rude old and unkept man who seemed to be altered in some way came in and stood behind the counter and just watched me and never offered me a comment or asked if I needed any help or asked me any questions. He just used his cell phone for a while and then had some paperwork on the counter. I didn't bother him as I thought he was taking care of something and he would then engage me. He did at one point grumble something unintelligible and spray the cabinet down that I was leaning on with me there and got Windex on me as well. I then asked him if I could write down or take a picture of the items for pricing for what I was going to buy once it was in stock. He immediately was enraged with me for reasons I still don't know. He told me I was loitering, wasting his time, not buying anything and greasing up his glass cabinet. I tried to explain to him that I had already talked to the other employee about what I was there for and what I wanted was out of stock and I was browsing while waiting to buy some older dimes. He again verbally abused me in front of his customers and employees and asked me to leave. When I asked the first employee to confirm our earlier conversation, he ignored me. The very old rude man then told me I could leave now..... I told him it was a hell of a way to treat people, 1st time customers and run a business, then left. I have no idea what set him off.
