I've tried one location before and wasn't very pleased by the House juice as I expected a robust and heavy taste from a breakfast flavor which turned out to be overly sweet. Well I gave another location a shot on a whim because I was in the same parking lot and though I'd buy a premium flavor "Bird Brains" by cuttwood. I feel the flavor is a little off and not as full as I remember; checking the "use by date" which with food is different from "expectation date" they only had a 3mg but the use by date says 11/18. I bought this bottle on the 7th or 8th of January. I only wrote this review because I just so happened to wonder why my 6mg of blueberry which was "manufactured" on December 8th, 2018 was so much more flavorful. I've been to different locations and one that is so good and has a hard time keeping locations either due to poor ownership or just low sales because of location but they deserve the recognition that this place seems to receive. So I will have to continue my patronage somewhere that seems to care about what they are selling (when something is close to expiring, they drop this price.) this product was already expired and they charged me full price. This was the first vape shop I visited. The people are nice but holy cow is it out of control with the pricing. I was a regular customer and enjoyed the friendly smiles and chats. Fortunately someone recommended HäZ Vapor Lounge just down the road a few miles and after about 30 seconds I realized I was paying three times more than I should for a house blend with inconsistent flavor. I loved the chocolate milk but it tasted funky after the second time I bought it. My wife complaint it smelled like spoiled milk and it became intolerable. When I went to HäZ the pricing for premium juices is much less than house blends at this location. Absolutely nothing against the owners but I can't go back to this place. It's simply too expensive even with the rewards program. They do not do any coil rebuilds or get into fixing things. It truly strikes me as a house blend cash cow. I know brick and mortar stores aren't cheap but holy cow their prices are smoked by HäZ just down the road. HäZ also rebuilds and fixes and will clean up your could and wick it while you are picking out a juice. It's just better service. Again, these are good people but they are priced about 70% higher than they should be imho. I'm in no way bashing them. I just get a ton more for less at HäZ. I highly recommend you try out HäZ for yourself and not take my word for it. HäZ Vapor Lounge is closed on Sunday so I've had to try Spring Vapor in a pinch...also overpriced. No idea how HäZ is so much less expensive and they do custom builds without house blends. I've found premium juices produce a consistent flavor where house blends are far from it. Let the buyer beware. I really must say the people here are very nice but I'm dropping the stars as I no longer recommend this place. read more

Some of the employees are kinda rude and smug...but some are cool and nice! I went yesterday and had a good time, bought some tanks, and now my vape rips harder than ever! Although the mark up sucks, they still have some good stuff...not to mention they have really good house juices! I just moved to Texas and this shop is near my house, so I gave this one a few tries. The first time I went in, the employee was not friendly at all. But I figured it might have been an off day, so I let it go. The past two times I went in, it was differently employees than the first time, and again, very unfriendly. I thought maybe the people in Texas are just rude? But, I have found a few different shops in town with way better prices and very nice, willing to help employees. That was until tonight when I was presented with someone named Steve who has to be the rudest person in any service role ever. They did not have my regular juice so I was asking the guy about different ones in this certain brand. He ended up giving me a menthol version of that brand by mistake and never mentioned it to me. I explained this to them after I had opened it and realized what had happened but they have a no refunds policy. So basically I just wasted $25 because their employee could not read a label. read more
