To think that i can walk up the street for a vape getaway during family gatherings sounded wonderful! I have stopped in several times and have never had a good experience. Some of the ladies behind the counter seem like they do not want to be bothered and are too busy to answer questions, vape snobs. It is rare that i walk into a vape shop and leave bagless whether it be the newest mod, supplies, hardware, juice or now pods. This is the only vape store that i have walked into and never purchased anything... not even a juice! The last time I walked in here looking at the mods the lady behind the counter refused to let me see the mod because it was "too expensive". I have no idea why I was profiled. It really is a shame for them because i often leave a vape shop spending more than i want too.

They have a huge selection of juice, mods for beginners and advanced users and they know the difference and customize their suggestions to fit the user. They have many specials for sale both online and in the store, so be sure to check both before visiting for you bargain hunting budget buyers. I was told there was a minimum of $45 for delivery and agreed to place an order at that price point (which was higher than I had originally intended to spend.) The flowers were delivered and not only were they not what I ordered, I later found that $58 had been charged to my credit card. Upon returning from my travels I phoned the shop and spoke with a woman who went on a rant regarding "the way that this works" and upon her investigation into my history as a previous customer she said that "you don't have any money." "you didn't spend anything," "no florist includes delivery [even with a minimum] and "do you have sand in your ears?" The woman identified herself as "Betty" and said "I'm the manager of this despicable place." It was absolutely impossible for me to get a word in edgewise. After she hung up on me three times and threatened to phone the police, I decided to do so myself... and my credit card company. I wondered if maybe she was just having a bad day but when I asked I was told that her day was great until "a horrible customer like you came along." Well my apologies for not being a better customer; it's been mutually agreed upon that I won't be a customer in the future. However I'm not sure what kind of future this establishment will have if they are telling customers to go away. Perhaps I wasn't rich enough. I do have to say that some of their previous work looks beautiful so if you are wealthy or plan on spending the big bucks on floral arrangements, give them a call. $45 however just doesn't seem to be enough.
