I was only at the Route 9 store once so my comments are focused on the Airport Plaza store. The humidor is spacious, well stocked and environmentally well maintained. Every time I walk into that room, which is floor to ceiling, front to back stocked with varieties from every price range, style, wrapper and legal country (Cuba some day, hopefully), I'm like a kid in a candy store. Ralph, the owner, is always friendly and willing to help me find the latest and popular smokes. You're never rushed towards your selections and there's plenty of space for you to enjoy your cigar right there in the store. There's a TV in the back room if you want to watch a show or sport with excellent ventilation. For those who like to play the lottery, you can get your fix here too.
