They are so nice - it really is a pleasure going in to the store. They are also very helpful. I brought in a battery I didn't even buy from them and they fixed it for me. I have been probably about a dozen times and I get greeted EVERY time I walk in. They have even remembered my name now so they can enter in my rewards without asking! Product stuff. prices are about $2.00 cheaper then where I was going before and I get free bottles faster here with the reward system they have - its a win win! Honestly - even if it was the same price I would still go here just because I enjoy chatting with the people in the store. The two girls that work Tuesday nights are absolutely amazing!! But I've been having issues lately with the bottles they put their e juice in. The lid has popped off THREE different times now, spilling entire bottles of E-cig liquid all over my arms, shirt and pants. The last time it happened, I called and spoke to Tiffany and she told me that this is an known issue and they will have a shipment of new bottles in on Friday and they would comp me a bottle. So I went in today, I couldn't wait until tomorrow as I was completely out of e cig juice, and I got a replacement bottle and all that, but the person I spoke to about it today basically told me that I spilled juice all over my body 3 times bc of user error and I needed to be more careful. They also said they aren't getting new bottles?! Umm. What? I have been going to the same E cig store since December 2013 and this has never EVER happened. I'm pretty sure I know how to pour e cig juice into my e cig. I have spent over $1000 at this location and this is the ONLY time I have ever asked for a replacement of ANYTHING. I work in customer service and I get it-- the general population is pretty freakin stupid. But when one person tells me this is a known issue and then I'm told that its user error, that's pretty bad customer service!!

There was one person working who was a man who appeared to be in his late twenties maybe early thirties, skinny & tall, medium length brown hair in a ponytail, and big brown eyes. I am describing him because I hope management will know who this review is about and address his poor customer service skills and lazy work ethic as he did not want to sell and refused to sell a product to me. He told me everything is on video and audio surveillance in the store so management would know if he sold me the item I wanted to buy which was a "a glass pipe" and he said that management is intolerant of that word "pipe" being used in the store and he wouldn't chance selling it to me. Weird. He said "you mean these?" and showed me some "No, I said, it's round at the end" I replied He showed me another set of "incense burners" (in his words). I asked for 2. It was baffling how his demeanor from bland to entitled and arrogant within seconds of being in the store. Hopefully management will watch the surveillance tape to see and her this interaction. He said "because you called the item you're looking for a pipe and we don't have those we sell incense burners so you'll have to go somewhere else. I will not sell you any item in the store" he repeated that a few times just to make sure I understood. I understand the rules and realize that I misspoke. But I thought we were allowed to call pipes pipes like a tobacco pipe . Also, CBD is a thing now, and it's sold as herb. Pipes are used to smoke that. The man obviously was using personal bias and allowed his own prejudice to ruin my experience and loose a sale. If I had said anything about illegal substances like hey I need a crack pipe or a bong then sure I guess I'd not have taken this so personally.but I asked for a glass pipe which the store is full of. They sell CBD, local blown glass, vape juice, wraps and batteries, accessories and so much other stuff that you can't find anywhere else. Now, I can't leave a review without mentioning Chuck. He has taken care of me any time I've ever had questions, issues, or just wanted to pop in and chat. He has so much knowledge and honestly I love picking the dudes brain. Go see him, you won't regret it. All the staff here are amazing, but Chuck is my guy. They do discounts each day of the work on something different too.
