Extremely disappointed with my experience at this smoke and vape shop in Weston, Wisconsin…read more I purchased a THC product from this store, left, discovered that the product was faulty and not working properly, and came back immediately to let them know there was a problem. Obviously, this isn't a normal product that you can simply open up and test inside the store or out in public before leaving. It's a THC product, so I had no reasonable way to discover the problem until after I left. When I returned immediately and explained what happened, they absolutely refused to replace the defective product, refund it, or make the situation right. Instead, I was offered a measly 10% discount toward spending even more money with them. That's what really bothered me. I understand that defective products happen. What matters is how a business handles the situation when a customer comes right back with a legitimate problem. In my experience, this Weston smoke shop chose to leave the customer stuck with the cost of a faulty THC product rather than stand behind what they sold. If you're considering buying THC products, vapes, disposable vapes, cartridges, or other smoke shop products in Weston or the Wausau, Wisconsin area, I would be extremely cautious purchasing them here. You may not discover that something is defective until after you've legally left the store, and based on my experience, you should not assume they'll replace it or refund your money if that happens. I personally won't spend another dollar here. There are other smoke shops and vape shops around Weston and Wausau where I'd rather take my business than risk paying for another defective product and then being offered 10% off as the "solution." A business can sell a defective product by accident. Refusing to stand behind it when the customer comes back immediately is what earned this review.

Cigarette cigars for example here are over 3$, while mobile, bp and kriss sells the exact same for 1.59. Newport's are almost $9 here and other places local even Walmart has them for 650! Lots of space for lessons in a really cool old building. Staff was wonderful. I ended up buying a guitar even though I was not in the market for a guitar. Because of that, I made it a point to find something I wanted and make a purchase. You don't get that kind of hospitality everywhere you go, really great prices too. We chatted for a bit while I browsed, and I told him about some of the record stores in my hometown, and musical tastes. Great selection of punk rock and metal for a small shop, really surprised me with what they had available.
