First last week I called before placing my order on DoorDash because I wanted to get Butter Chicken but have it with Lamb instead. Zaika doesn't allow you to edit/customize dishes on the DoorDash app. When I called the lady at Zaika said "we can't do anything with DoorDash you have to place the order then reach out to them directly to change or add anything." I went ahead and placed my order and immediately reached out to DoorDash and they said "we're sorry Zaika doesn't offer any changes to their orders so there is nothing we can do." Of course the butter chicken was still delicious but they either need to allow customizations in the app or allow us to call and make them. It was disappointing for the business to tell me something then finding out it wasn't accurate. This time I was missing a whole naan with my order, I purchased a cheese garlic naan and a butter naan but only got the garlic cheese one and no butter. I'll still continue to go multiple times a week as it's my favorite food in the area but I just hope they can tidy up some of these things to make it an even better, customer friendly experience!

Showed up, set-up, performed my contracted time, loaded out and when it was time to settle up, no payment from management that had absolutely dropped the ball in promoting the event in the months leading up to the night of performance. Approached ownership in a professional email after the event to settle the matter amicably, but was met with no effort to square the debt. As a nationally touring act, this sort of low ball behavior is extremely rare in over 20 years on the road and sadly, a black eye on the Wausau business community which has always been terrific to deal with in years past. Hopefully this can prevent others from experiencing a similar situation.
