She ordered a$100 bouquet, asked for purple and yellow flowers and they showed up with a dozen of wilted red and yellow roses...no greens, no babies breath, no bow on the vase, and no "sister-in-law" banner. it appears that just because she used a gift card, there was no profit in the transaction for them. When my mom called them, they told her basically "to bad so sad"........poor customer service and will never do business with these people again.

I have been going to them over the last year for all of my flower needs, (birthdays, Mother's Day, and much more). I never know exactly what I want, but with only a few speciation's they have always blown my ideas out of the water and have done a wonderful job of working their magic.
