Last time staying here they had lots of water leaks. So many people just think they can do whatever they want in the park. Also they allow people to speed through the park & couldn't care less when another guest does stuff they shouldn't be doing. We have seen drug deals go down in the park. Trash sits around at spots ALL DAY. They are overcharging with it being such a sh** hole. I guess that's why they lost the KOA part.
