He broke it to me that the car required more repairs than it was worth, and that my current shop was not doing a good job at maintaining my car. Maybe he felt bad for me, maybe he wanted to make a show of good faith, but he didn't even charge me for the diagnostic in that instance. I ended up selling that car for scrap and eventually buying a new car. I brought the new car in for a pre-purchase inspection and WOW, Jessy and his team really showed their true colors on how thorough they are! They checked absolutely everything. They even checked the cabin air filter because he told me that a rodent had built a nest in it. They found things that other shops had missed. Is there such a thing as being too thorough? Jessy might be! But I'd rather have my auto shop be extremely thorough and triple check everything rather than be sloppy and miss things. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality is obvious, right down to how they require appointments for their shop. They want to make sure that every single car gets the attention it needs. I can't recommend Mike Palmer enough and even though I don't live in the neighborhood anymore, I will make the trek to come back here for my auto repairs and recommend them to all my friends. Jessy is a truly honest mechanic who just wants to help you do your best to maintain your car. How do I know? They're not trying to make money nickel and diming you on easy fixes. He could have fixed the cabin air filter for me without asking and taken the easy win but instead he said, that's an easy fix and I easily figured out how to replace it on my own. He wasn't bothered by the fact that I wanted to change my own oil either. Jessy is your true ally in keeping your car running in tip top condition the best way possible.

Kasyn was on time to our appointment and was very knowledgeable with Toyotas/Lexuses so he got right to work!! He was quick, efficient, and way under budget. All together this project should have run me at least 1,000 anywhere else, but Kasyn only charged me $250 plus I purchased the parts for $160 so from being quoted $3,000 to $1,500 to only spending $410 with Kasyn, you can imagine how happy I was. We were in and out in TEN minutes for an emissions test and on-the-spot registration renewal! There was almost no waiting and the guy wasted no time getting down to business. The premises is a large former gas station, stripped of almost all it's innards, a well worn faux-leather living room set and a big screen tv, though if your experience there is anything like mine was, you won't have a chance to take in the full breadth of IM station luxury at it's finest!
