However, they told me to come back with in 30 days when I get the issue fixed and they wouldn't charge me another inspection fee. I came today to finally get it passed, and apparently all locations are permanently closed. I tried calling all the phone numbers to get some kind of help and no one answered. All maps and website list them as open still. I feel robbed of my $40 and I'm mad no one gave me a warning they'd be shutting down permanently. I want a refund.

BEWARE!!! My tire was perfectly fine when I entered the car wash but somehow was damaged by the…read moremachinery operating during the wash. I went into the office after the wash to notify of the issue.  I asked if I could use an air compressor or if they would put my car on the lift so I could change the flat tire quicker.  I was told that there was not an air compressor on site, the lift was "broken"  nor were there any tools available to change my tire.  I had a work appt that I needed to get to and would have appreciated some help with the unforeseen flat tire.  One of the workers walked out to the bay to check for any sharp objects, nails or screws that could have caused this damage.  Nothing was seen, I explained that I believe the flat was caused by the metal leads on the ground since the damage was on the side wall or the tire.   There were 2 able body workers just sitting in the lobby that could have helped me but refused to.  I was told sorry but have a good rest of your day. So I drove over to the Maverick Gas Station across the street to change my flat tire.  Surprisingly, 3 people came up and offered to help me.  Random strangers are willing to help me and not the employees of a car wash that damaged my tire.

CONSUMER ALERT! In West Jordan there is an inflated price fixing monopoly between emission testing…read morestations. Specifically, EMISSIONS PLUS and BATEMANS. These stations are $20 higher than reputable emission facilities around the valley. Both business charge $60 for older vehicle emission testing for cars made before 1996 and $45 for newer cars when other centers, like CURT'S EMISSION AND CAR WASH, charge only $40 for older vehicles and $35 for newer. So don't get ripped off. Shop around. There is a lot better choices out there.

Not sure if he was the owner, manager or who, he was middle age man, but he was SO rude to me. I went in and told him the situation and in the rudest way he rolled his eyes at me and laughed at me saying there is no way he could look at it today. I understand it was later in the day, and I wasn't the only customer they were helping, but geez you don't have to be so incredibly rude and mean! I just instantly walked out. In tears. The process: Brian asked me to pull my car into the bay, and I didn't even have to get out of my car! He got to work and the process took about 5 mins total! Brian was friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. He even told the best times of the month to go to the DMV so I can beat the lines!
