My car was side swapped by someone backing out in a parking lot while I was shopping. No note, no explanation. Nothing but red paint scratches on my black rear section and bumper! I called Vargas and they came to my house and fixed me up good as new. They had all of the tools and took their time to sand out the scratches and then buffed out the rest with rubbing compound and then gave me full wash and detail inside and out. They worked on the car for over 2 hours but only charged me the amount we agreed on upfront. Amazing attention to detail and they exceeded their promises and my expectations. I don't think I've literally ever thought "Damn I need to go leave a 5 star review" right away like with Marco! I WISH I had taken before photos but I have 3 dogs that shed a ton, and a previously embarrassingly cluttered and dirty inside that did not warrant picture taking. Marco answered me right away for a yelp quote request, I was honest about spilt milk, dog fur etc and got a fair quote (right about the same as the others it automatically sent to on top of his). He replied quickly every time I messaged, and yes I was nervous he might not show or something random like that because I'd never used him before, but he did of course. I was expecting yes the shampooed fabric and solid cleanliness but the level of detail FAR exceeded our expectations. He got every little nook and cranny and to be honest didn't really expect my car to look that restored on the inside. Amazing customer service! Marcos was able to get me in relatively quick (within 2 days). My husband and I picked up some chic fil a and had about 4 lemonades and 2 sweet teas. While driving had to make a sudden stop and our drinks spilled EVERYWHERE. The whole inside of the truck was sticky even after we attempted to clean it ourselves. Places you wouldn't think would be sticky were, even the windows had trouble rolling down. My husband was so sad and looking pitiful so I called Marcos for an interior detail and he did not disappoint. The inside of our truck is better than new. He did not miss a spot!
