His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. They do a better job than most. Keep in mind they want to get cars in and out. This is not a place to expect a $500 or $5k wash and wax job. Please really need to set there expectations better.
