I witnessed a worker standing on the runner in my door frame. Later I saw it was damaged. They denied that the worker was too short to reach the top of my brand new Prius until I pointed it out to a manager who immediately got him to stop. The damage kept getting worse and they denied damaging my car and refused to give me a pro rated credit when I cancelled my two memberships. As MANY others have said.. the manager gets HOSTILE as if he wants to fight.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Paid for the Gold Wash done in about 5 minutes. Said something about the back window dash that wasn't touched. Manager says our hoses can't reach there. Hmmm same size at the ones at the car wash I always use. Then after I let him know I won't be back I see where they didn't even wipe down a lot areas on the dash. As many of the Rio Car wash clients have said before me the service and attention to detail is no longer a priority. Many years ago the employees and especially the owner/manager cared. I recommended a good friend of mine there and he said he didn't like the job done to his vehicles, I now see why. Hello, so I attended last weekend to this "car wash" and all I can say is the first and last time going here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was looking for a hands on car wash and not an automatic machine car wash, thinking I would get my car nicely cleaned, dried up and all. I got the priciest package and they didn't even care to rove the plastic mats and give them a good cleaning. Interior was done poorly without wiping the dashboard with some type of armor all. The worst part was the back window, they let water dry up and the water mark was left on the rear window and many other parts of my car. My car was relatively clean when I brought it in and while I will say the wi does are clean..: that is barely it. I can still see finger prints inside the glass. Crumbs are where they were when I brought the car in. The wash took a total of 15 min. Go to Tommy's if u want a drive thru experience for a fraction of the price. Today I brought in my Bronco and asked for a hand wash because due to some of my vehicles accessories it can no longer go through the machine. They employee running the car wash said he can't do it. I have always gone during the week when the owner and manager - Lynn are working...they watch the workers at their job. My car c crew dried the outside of the car, never touched anything on the inside, never cleaned a window on the inside windows, finger prints on door rest still there...basically never touched anything on the inside of the car with the exception of one guy saw me watching so he opened up the lift door and did a very minor clean. For $50 Diamond Wash (that I could not find in their website) plus tip... it tool them all of 10 minutes to "clean" my car. No Armor All and no fragrance. I am very disappointed. No wonder they are not busy on a Sunday. The manager outside told me for them to apply Armor All, it would be an $80 wash. I took my car here today and they washed it so quick I had a feeling it was not done completely. I inspected my car as I always do and found that my rims were not cleaned. I told the guy that makes the tickets for the price and he said they don't clean rims. I have never ever been told that at a car wash. Went to Rio Carwash for the first time and was not happy, paid for the gold wash on a brand new vehicle, and they did not dry the door jams, there were spots that were not clean and they did not even wipe the roof down, they were moving cars as quickly as they could, did not take the time to do what the gold wash states. Gold Wash states, Vacuum, door jambs and dash wiped, Air freshener, undercarriage spray, fusion prime and seal, tire dressing hand applied, bug removal, windows cleaned inside and out, fusin wax and rain repel. The car was not clean and kept pointing it out, roof was not dried, door jambs were not dried, I am glad I did not sign up for the monthly service for gold wash, I wont go there again, very disappointed. read more

I could have gone to a self serve car wash and done better. I was excited about their unlimited car wash special. It was down the hill where I lived but I had always used another car wash. Was I surprised they took five minutes post wash. I am used to the other car wash taking car of my car. I was used to a more comprehensive service with more interior assistance such as wiping the seats, air freshener tabs under the seat and more interior cleaning and a car wash taking the time to clean the inside and outside of my car not taking five minutes and your done.
