His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. We confirmed the appt a few times. He showed up for the appt. However, Within MINUTES, he said he had to leave and would be back. He said he would contact us with an hour. It's been 32 hours now and no call or text from Derrick. This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, insensitive, waste of time that we have experienced...not to mention the lost of some income.
