Passed out often so weak she lived on the couch for months. kept losing consciousness. She felt she was dying. At 88 he insisted she take a stress test... the tech doing the exam was outraged a dr order this. When she called saying she didnt feel safe taking it Dr brown was furious and said to find another Dr. Refused to refill her regular prescription in the middle of the covid pandemic. She told him he was making her worse and all he cared about was ordering test to get money. When she stopped listening to him she started feeling better and having her strength back. I have no confidence in his care. He was very rude to my mother. Dont let an elderly relative see him alone.

I couldn't drive, I don't feel safe driving as bad as I felt. I kept talking to his staff about what was going on but he was so laser focused keeping me on the drug that felt like a slow death. it put me in the hospital. a follow up after my ER trip, he is still laser focused on keeping me on the very type of drug that keeps me unable to function. shopping for a new doctor was my best decision I ever made. don't trust ANY doctor that doesn't believe you when you describe symptoms you are having.

While I…read morelove her a practitioner, I have been less than pleased with some of the clinical staff, specially Bethany. On two occasions in the last month, Bethany has been very rude and unhelpful over the phone and through MyChart messages. It is honestly making me consider switching a provider I have been with nearly 20 years due to the hostility and lack of help I am receiving from this staff member as I don't feel confident in their abilities and bedside manner.
