He walked over to Kristina, who I have contacted numerous times with no reply! I was wanting to order a barn Door But can't seem to get my refund with No reply or refund! It's a shame because I have used them in the past with no problem! Very poor customer service!

It was next to impossible to get them even to substitute a cheap plastic casing to cover up part of a frame. I also need the correct color threshold. I called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes when I disconnected the call. I called back the next day and was on hold for over an hour when I disconnected that call. I figure 3 times is a charm. I was transferred to someones voice mail 3 days ago and still have not heard back. Horrible company. Will not do business nor try to contact you again. Your loss.
