The lady at the front desk said they cleaned it with other peoples dry cleaning. the tag specifies it needs to be dry cleaned alone. Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. Then offered me 70$ to go buy a new one, mind you $250 comforter...
