Went for my first time here on Saturday after work, unfortunately my washing machine had broken down. Things seem kind of okay at first. Did three loads. My son got tired so I took him home to take a rest while my laundry was drying, came back picked up laundry. All of my sons pajamas his snow pants his irreplaceable blanket that was made by grandmother we're all missing! I didn't think much of it until I went home and folded the laundry and realized what had happened!! All of it I don't know what happened I think somebody stole them! That on top of a towel. Yeah, pretty sketchy I'm still not happy about it irreplaceable, the blanket makes me the matter is that is literally irreplaceable. read more

I was at this laundromat religiously every Saturday morning, I liked the local feel of it and walking to Lil's as I waited. Until recently, I got there early Saturday morning, brought my laundry in and there was a cute little dog that jumped up on the chair and was in the window, I love dogs so I was psyched to play with a dog while I waited for laundry. I gave him my hand and he was just continuously barking and displaying teeth, would not settle. He was definitely territorial. I left and Went back out to get the detergent hoping the owner of the dog would grab him before I came back inside. She did not. She watched as I went to the change machine, with this little dog following me barking and growling. I said to the ladies there, "I didn't realize, there were dogs allowed in here." To which one lady replied "it's my dog, I own the place." 10 minutes later she did remove the dog. I stayed in my car regardless. I have not been back since. Will never go back. So be-careful bringing kids here. I love dogs but this one barks, growls, shows teeth and follows." read more

My hotel got busy and didn't feel like fighting for the only washer and dryer there so I took a short drive out here and this laundromat is legit awesome. Lots of different size commercial washers and large and huge dryers for quick drying. Looks very well maintained and was quite busy when I used it at 9:30pm at night. They're open 24/7 which is awesome. Got sink, rags, coin changer, vending machine, soap dispenser and seating area in a temperate environment. I didn't freeze wearing just pants and a shirt I middle of winter. Prices are more expensive then my hotel but way way more convenient and faster. In and out in almost and hour. read more

I've been to a lot of laundry mats and this was a very good laundromat. My clothes, smelt clean, and looked clean. The prices were reasonable my laundry got done fast. They had all size washers from small too extra large. It was clean good environment. Definitely a good laundromat to go wash your clothes. read more

Great place to get your laundry done 24/7! It is clean and warm in the winter. There are small tables and chairs so you can sit down and relax, a few large tables for folding clothes! All the carts work and someone took the time to really think about how they are and used! One side is a bit lower so you can get your wet clothes out of washer with little to no issues. They do have 2 super-sized washers & driers with separate seating and a large folding table. The laundry mat is well taken care of. The washers and driers only accept quarters but I make the extra effort as I like it there and feel safe anytime day or night. read more

Truly deserves 5 stars. I usually steel myself on the rare occasions when I need to go to a launderette. But this one is in a whole 'nother league. Clean, well-lit, plenty of top-notch machines. Coin changer that works great. Laundry soap on sale at reasonable rates. Plus, when I had a small snafu, their customer service was unbelievably good - Tracy bent over backwards to help me out. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and needed to do some laundry. We found this laundromat and were extremely pleased. All of the machines and the laundromat were spotlessly clean, all machines were in working order. They have soap you can buy along with fabric softener if need be. The machines were quick and it was a pleasure to do our laundry here. read more

I don't typically go to laundromats but was traveling and picked this one because it looked fun. It was clean, there where several different sizes of machines and they did a good job at getting my clothes clean. There were signs up advising people to do the folding at home to make space for social distancing. For the most part people did this. I would recommend this place to my friends. read more

I love this Laundry Mat. I just wish there was a store closer to make chance easier when doing Laundry. I love doing Laundry but I need 5 dollars in Quarters. That is a lot of Quarters. It's very clean here. It's open 24 Hours, which is really good. read more

I just moved here from having my own laundry inside, so I had never been to a laundromat. This place is going to set the standard high for anywhere else I go! Clean, well kept, plenty of machines. It does have a retro kind of vibe, but its cute and I feel safe and comfortable here any time of day. No problems out of the machines whatsoever. If you are near Kittery and need laundry done, the Maytag laundromat is the place to go (at any hour!). read more

Very clean. They have varied sizes of washers, small load, medium load and large load. It's a little out of the way for travelers, but worth it for the cleanliness. Downside no bathroom, but just a couple blocks away there is a small coffee shop called Lil's with some awesome treats and friendly service. read more

So our dryer decided to stop working the other day and the new one doesn't get delivered for a week. I decided to stop by the Kittery Laundromat because it is right down the road from my house. The facilities are clean and there are plenty of machines. It is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for all. The washers range in price. Starting at $2.50. The dryers are 6 minutes per quarter. They do have change machines which come in handy. If I had any complaints it would be that they do not have a bathroom. The owner (who was very friendly) explained it is because they just do not have the room for one. I completely understand. It was no hassle to go to one of the local cafes right down the street. I hope I never have to return because that just means my machines are broken again. But if I have to go to a laundromat again, I will definitely be coming here. read more

On an extended travel and hotel has no washer or dryer so decided to try this place. Clean on the inside and everything works, a plus from my younger and poorer days. People here are friendly and there is even a couple on the inside playing cards while doing the laundry. Good place. read more

I always do my laundry here .Its so nice now that there are all new machines and remodeled, its really a great place. I love that its open 24 hours too.It is kept very clean and well cared for. The only thing is that it is just a crazy amount of bugs..wasps ...spiders ...huge ants and every other bug that lives when tbe doors are all open in the heat. I love the heat , but wish there was some air conditioning so these critters and pollen wouldn't surround me and my laundry . read more

A gem. Super clean, all machines work (not a common occurrence for laundromats). Great music playing...kind of a retro feel. Lots of recent magazines to thumb through. Medium loads are $3.75, smaller loads are less, larger loads more. A Quarter Will buy you six minutes in the dryer. Clearly a business that is taken care of by its owners. read more

I was just visiting family for the holiday weekend and needed to do some laundry. This was simply the closest laundromat but by far the cutest I've ever been to! Machines are clean, new and plentiful. At my local place we don't have special settings for delicates or lightly/medium/heavy soiled laundry so I was even more impressed. Met the owner who was super nice and friendly and even offered me a free snack from the extras not in the vending machine. Has a fun retro vibe with machines individually named after people and places. They have lots of parking, tables, chairs, a sink with colorful rewashable cloths instead of disposable towels, a magazine rack and free WiFi. The only drawback was that I really needed a bathroom and I couldn't find one. I don't think they have one for customers. I suppose that is a pain to upkeep.
