Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition. Thankfully, he was understanding and was able to accommodate me for this by letting me pay later. All in all, I definitely would recommend his towing services. Thank you again!"

Trying to scam us for double the price. When I asked him for his name, he gave me a fake one, "Kevin." I knew this wasn't a real name because the initals on the receipt were "AH". We have hired Armando multiple times, and each time, he scammed us of money. He said there was a "5% zelle fee" one time and then upped it to a "10% zelle fee" the second time we asked. He also stated that the $400 extra would have to be negotiated with his "supervisor" because he "wasn't in charge" of the prices. And told us to contact the number we initially contacted him with -- implying that the person on the number 909-816-1167 was not him. Even though we called that exact number to ask him if he got the correct address and knew where our trailer would be towed. We spoke DIRECTLY to him with that number!!!! I would not continue to provide service to someone so greedy, that lies and takes advantage of young women. To think you'll be able to get away with something like this without being put on blast is incredibly insulting. We initially trusted him because he is actually knowledgable in what he does, but at the expense of his greed and dishonesty, I wish no one else to hire him for service.

My car was towed here through CHP after my accident 2 days ago on Tuesday at 9:30am. I called…read moreAirport Mobil last night and spoke with Andrew, who told me that if I were to pick it up that night, they would charge me an "after hours fee," even though they're supposed to be open 24/7? He said that if I did not want to be charged the after hours fee, then I would need to make sure to arrive the next morning before 9:30am so that I would only be charged for 2 days (48 hours) instead of 3 days. When I arrived at 8:15am this morning, I was told that they charge by "calendar days" and will be charged for 3 days, even though my car was there for less than 48 hours. I spoke with the "manager" who could not provide proof that their policy defines "a day" is a "calendar day" versus "24 hours." What's interesting is that their policy does say that they charge a lien fee if your car is stored for over "72 hours," but not "3 days"?? So she said that she'd "do us a favor and waive the lien fee," which again is bullshit since my car was there for less than 72 hours! On top of that, it was very obvious that they rummaged through my vehicle glove compartment as my passenger seat was pulled forward to get to it and my registration and insurance card were on the seat. I don't know why the CHP is doing business with such a shady company in the first place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, even to my worst enemy. They're a bunch of scammers that should have their business shut down immediately. DO NOT COME HERE!
